Luke’s rolls are delicious, flavorful, fresh and never disappointing. I ordered Luke’s trio as lobster is my favorite, but also love crab and shrimp rolls. All three were amazingly tasty.
The service was great, staff was very attentive and friendly. I was looking how nicely they were explaining the menu to the first-time visitor and that’s good.
I just realized that Luke’s is my favorite food chain in the city.

Great tasting food that is fresh! Serving size is on the smaller end for the price you pay but I still would recommend if you are in the area for a great tasting lobster roll! They also post where they source their fish from which is great!

Had a lovely lobster roll from this place. Lobster was fresh, tasty and well prepared. There are a lot of branches around NY but this one definitely exceeded when it came to service, which was welcoming and friendly.

If your craving a lobster roll in NYC Lukes is the place to go. The lobster was fresh and so delicious! It was big chunks of fresh lobster. I was very impressed with the lobster roll. I also had a bowl of clam chowder and it was amazing as well. They have several locations all over NYC. We came here for lunch and we were very pleased with the service and quality.

A lobster man recommended me today's special and was very successful as a result!! I was happy to thank him and take pictures with him willingly!!
The female staff was so kind.
I'll be back soon. See you soon

The trio platter was delicious and the lobster, crab and shrimp all tasted delicious. I was happy that it wasn’t just smothered in butter because that always takes away from the lovely sweet flavor of the lobster. The service was really fast, but it was pretty pricey, I think a full sized lobster roll would have cost you $30+ if I remember correctly.

Luke's is always on point! Never had such a fresh batch if shrimp in a sandwich. Their buns are extremely good as well. They are very generous with their servings, I mean, the sandwich looks like it's throwing up shrimp🤣, it's over-flowing with them! Can't seem to get enough of it when I am in this area! Their Mac-N-Cheese is great too! This is what I call a good way to treat oneself! Love their staff as well, no matter whom I've dealt with here, they are always very friendly, courteous and professional!

Quiet on a Monday morning. Very easy to order and the wait was short. Lobster roll was amazing. So was the clam chowder. Toasted bun complemented the chilled lobster mix. Enjoyed it thoroughly!

I've been wanting to try Luke's Lobster for a while now and I finally was able to today! It definitely lived up to the hype.
First, the restaurant/space - it's not a very big place. It can't sit a large party (4 or more people). A group of 2 or 3 is more appropriate. It can get crowded during lunch time, especially during the work week since it's in the finance district so be prepared to order out unless you want to stand and wait for a seat.
Food - Initially, my favorite spot to get lobster roll was from Burger & Lobster. Both restaurants have amazing lobster rolls, but Luke's is slightly better due to its seasoning. Also, I highly recommend the crab roll. Honestly, I enjoyed it more than the lobster roll. I'm not a fan of their cole slaw. It was too bitter for my taste.
Price - it's a little on the expensive side. It's about $17 for the lobster roll and $13 for the crab roll. I bought both and had a total of $32 (with taxes added). Bare in mind, I didn't buy a drink. If you have a big appetite, I suggest you get a full combo.
TL;DR - small space but AMAZING lobster roll. The crab roll is really the best one on the menu and you can skip on their cole slaws.

I'm not too keen for cold lobster rolls but these BANGED!!! I ordered the trio. Of the 3 my fav was the shrimp. The crab and lobster were an out a tie but all 3 were delicious. You can't miss with the clam chowder either, especially on a cold day. The hospitality of the staff made you feel right at home.

Absolutely superb. Love the fishing/fisherman interior design. The rolls are delicious with crispy flavorful toast, generous seafood and a touch of pepper and salt which make it even tastier. I tried the Luke's Trio and find that lobster and crab are my favorites. Prawn will be slightly common. Top up 3bucks for 2 sides and I love their chips! A pity the portion is small as compared to the American usual portion. Try it!

Luke’s Lobster on 26 S William Street, Financial District, New York, NY, have the best quality lobster from Maine and seafood, excellent customer service, competitive prices and delicious food. Their staff is friendly whether calling in an order or going for a take-out or pick up. Thanks, Kevin, for your excellent service!

As expected, the food is always delicious.
I really like the crab roll and truffle lobster roll.
I wish it wasn't so expensive so I could go more often but it is premium food. I didn't like how the supervisor there was treating the associate.
I could hear him berating the guy who was clearly new and I spoke up to him. The only stain on the visit
