The price was right and the food for Thai was average to good. I wasn't thrilled but I also wasn't disappointed at all. The peanut sauce was made with mayonnaise instead of maple syrup or coconut creme. It didn't taste right. The main dish was made fresh to order and served hot. The serving size was good. It's just a plain small restaurant in an industrial area with excellent prices for what you get. They are friendly and the service was great.
I ordered the ginger delight with tofu and my husband ordered the shrimp noodles plus we had veggie egg rolls. The food was outstanding!! I love the way they cut the vegetables, I loved the vegetable selection that came in my meal (there was no baby corns, I hate those baby corns) I loved that the tofu was lightly fried, not deep fried, I loved the soft, fluffy, perfectly cooked white rice, and I love that my dish was not overbearing with sauce but packed with flavor!! Everything tasted fresh. I also appreciate the layout of the menu and the variety and unique menu items compared to other Thai restaurants. We ordered take out and the staff was friendly, efficient, and honest. Right after leaving the place to pick up our order, they called to say the egg rolls were accidentally left out of our bag and very apologetic and of course provided the egg rolls for free. La’s Thai Cuisine just bumped up to my first choice for favorite Asian take out!! We will definitely be ordering from them again!!
The pineapple fried rice is great. A bit sweet and not oily. They serve in large portions that I had the leftover for breakfast. The staff is super kind and many people order for takeouts.
I got the Thai coffee, and Pad See Ew, with shrimp and Calamari. It was really delicious. The service was nice and quick. The atmosphere is calm and it's not a huge store so cozy as well. Prices are nice as well!
Grabbed dinner here for the first time with a friend and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the chicken pad thai. It was delicious, and I will definitely be returning for more.
Dear Mr. LA, thank you. We've been to your Scottsdale restaurant and love your food, service and atmosphere. My son was sick recently and ordered your wonton soup (his favorite ) which he loves. It comforted him!
I’ve been to La’s every week for the last 3 months. Their Pad Thai is super yummy and gluten free! They’ve never messed up my order, even though I always ask for a lot of substitutions. Pic is of my husband’s Orange Chicken and my Pad Thai with some changes.
Finally I found Asian restaurant as long as I stay in Scottsdale! Thanks to my host sister for taking me here. When we entered the door, a woman welcomed us warmly. The manager did the same too. It was really a good impression for me because it was my first to be in this wonderful small restaurant. Well, they didn't do it because I was an international student, but they did it because they always do it to everyone! The price was easy on pocket for me. I loved all the foods that I ordered! They were fantastic! Please come and have your wonderful quality time here with your family or friends.
Great food, I had the green curry chicken. The nicest lady was our waitress. You can tell it's family owned.
My wife liked it and the drinks made here as so good. Will be back as often as I can
