I didn’t love my last experience at a butters, but I tried it again because my boyfriends obsessed.
I tried the eggs verde and overall it was good, mostly because of the verde sauce. The scrambled eggs looked very unappealing- coming in a stuck together blob that was the shape of a small bowl. I got fries instead of hash browns and those weren’t bad either.
My boyfriend on the other hand loves the scrambled eggs. He loves the chocolate chip strawberry pancakes which were good. He liked the sausage links & hash browns too.
Boyfriends niece liked the kids pancakes & bacon.
Boyfriend got a plain cappuccino and I got a latte with almond milk (this is the only alternative milk option) which wasn’t bad. It was already kind of sweet so I didn’t need to add honey, but was not frothy at all either.
Good Banana Creme pancakes and Mushroom and Onion skillet.
Went back couple days later and had cinnamon roll pancakes (tasted exactly like old school cinnamon and sugar toast) and Irish benedict. Again, it was all great.
Wonderful breakfast. There was a bit of a wait on Sunday morning, but they move the wait list well. The Omelette (Mexicana, egg white only) was cooked just perfectly. Fluffy and delicious. Strange to see a scoop of grits, rather thick, but very tasty. The Nova Loz was fantastic. Our server, Diane, was just great. All around a great experience and we will return.
First stop in Scottsdale after a long irritating flight. We were not disappointed AT ALL! I am now planning a trip back just for the salmon omelette ( the eggs are completely soft smooth and unreal) with a latte. Let's talk pancakes when you stop drooling.The chicken sausage is amazing all food was hot and quick.
Sidenote: The grits get the grits!
Flew into AZ for the first time with my husband. Food was great and full of flavor! Definitely recommend, it gets busy so arrive before rush but it is worth the wait! The fresh pressed orange was one of our favorites!
I mean seriously...it's delicious! We were visiting Scottsdale. I read reviews and thought we should try this place. We ended up going back a second time. The OJ is fresh squeezed and DELICIOUS! The berry bliss pancakes were heavenly. My son had the banana cream pancakes and loved them. The kids ordered hot chocolate and were brought huge mugs topped with whip cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup. The fruit we ordered was so fresh! Our server was very nice and attentive. The food came out quickly. On Thursday morning we only waited 2 minutes for a table for our party of 6. On Saturday we waited over an hour for our party of 8. It was worth the wait! Now that we are back in GA, we are still talking about Butter's!
I wish I could give this place 10 stars because it truly deserves it! Without a doubt, it's the best brunch spot in the US. The long queue is a testament to its popularity, and even though you might have to wait for more than an hour, it's absolutely worth it! The pancakes here are nothing short of amazing, making it the perfect brunch spot. Even as someone who isn't typically a breakfast person, I've become a huge fan of Butters. This place has turned me into a breakfast enthusiast. LOVE Butters!
Best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. The cheesy grits were out of this world. The banana cream pancakes were INCREDIBLE. So much flavor. So many options. The menu is HUGE. Wish there was a Butters in Oklahoma!
The service is great. The food comes out fast! The waffle was so good I had to stop myself from eating it to take a picture.
This is a great place for gluten free breakfast options! The outside patio was relaxed and had a view of the palm trees and mountains nearby. I added the cinnamon apples to my pancakes and I’m glad I did! Highly recommend.
