The door was broken and we watched the frustration of the employees as they posted signs, LOCKED the door and even set stuff in front of the BROKEN door and yet people continued to jerk repeatedly on the door, the poor employees could only discuss as to what else they could do because of it being broken, one man jerked the door so hard, he almost broke the glass! They did a great job at getting all of our orders correct and out in a timely manner as well as tasting delicious! We went here due to having a bad experience at another nearby coffee place that microwave their breakfast bagels causing it to be inedible. We were relieved to get good service and food here. I hope management took care of that door for those gals!
We spent five days in Scottsdale and loved the coffee and bagels! They have awesome breakfast sandwiches, I loved the Garden Avocado! Friendly staff!
What a unique Einstein's brother location and the location and the staff here is super friendly and has a great backstory from their relationship with Caribou Coffee. Thank you for the good times and this location also has a nice little imitation fireplace as well as good table space.
I finally got around to circling back to the Einstein Bagel. I had stopped eating the bagels due to a rough Transitition after it was sold. I will freely admit it was surely worth it, Kaitlyn served me and I am happy to recommend this location. They bake great bagels and make one great sandwich!!!
My son and I stopped in for breakfast. I think they had some new employees. We ordered the All Nighter and Texas Brisket bagel sandwiches. Both as a meal, which means you get a hashbrown and drink. Got our drinks, but when the sandwiches came, no hashbrowns. Evidently the cashier rang it up wrong. No problem, they gave us the hashbrowns. Then we opened the bagels! They put the wrong tops on the bagels. The Texas has jalapeños on the bagel, the All Nighter has cheesy hashbrown bagel. So they remade the bagels. The food was very good, it just took a while to get it because of the screw ups. Hopefully the newbies will learn fast.
Lexi was phenomenal today! Greeted me with a smile, made my food super quick and it tasted simply divine! Would come here again any time, such a good experience!
Very friendly staff. Their bagels are soft and tasty. Cream cheese come in a wide variety! However, please bring back the green tea!
For this being my first time at this specific Einstein’s, I was very satisfied by the wonderful service of the two women working this morning. I ordered a free coffee thru the app with my purchase and asked if I could add sweetener and they were both so kind to give me some free this time since I wasn’t aware of the extra charge. I will certainly be back, and more prepared next time. Great customer service a d the coffee was amazing❤️
Wow! Me and my friend were impressed with your cashier named "Mindy" last Sunday. She made us feel welcome and important! She was knowledgable and super friendly and what a great smile and sparkling personality. Thank you for having her on board. We will pass up a lot of other places to come to this location again if we keep getting this type of service with a genuine smile :-) And the bagels and coffee were top notch too!
I get a turkey bacon avocado add salmon on an asiago bagel with a coffee refill and leave with a smile. The manager Asia has been real good to me over this past year, thanks.
