I'm not sure why people are complaining about the prices, evidently they don't have specific dietary restrictions to gluten. The prices are VERY reasonable compared to big retailers and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their prices were, especially for being a small business. We were in the area visiting my mom from out of town who has Celiac, and me, gluten sensitive. We stumbled upon this bakery by a quick Google search. It's a small bakery with a lot of options! So far, we have tried the bagels, carrot cake and brownies, and all were delicious. Those complaining about texture obviously don't eat much gluten free stuff. Those of us who do for dietary restrictions understand that it can be difficult to get the "texture" just right. But honestly, I have no complaints about the texture or taste. So far, everything we tried has been good and we will definitely be back again when we are in the area.
This place is great! Well worth the trip. It is almost all frozen foods, so do expect that. However, it is frozen, fresh foods and the ingredient list is small and less processed then the typical frozen gluten free section. The bagels are amazing. The bread is great quality. My favorite was the cinnamon bun! I haven’t had one in years. Would recommend.
We love GFCB! Our kiddos have gluten and dairy sensitivities, so we order their birthday cupcakes from here every year. We always get tons of compliments and inquiries from party guests, even the ones without food sensitivities! 😋

Delicious locally owned gluten-free bakery in Scottsdale! A must-visit place for all things gluten-free with tasty bagels, dinner rolls, and cinnamon rolls.
I love that they have dairy free, gluten free, corn free options! I recently tried their Chocolate Chip Cookies and these may be the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had, even compared to regular not-gluten-free (thank you, Debbi!). We love their rolls at Thanksgiving time, cupcakes for celebrations, and loaves of bread for whenever we're craving a fantastic sandwich. I haven't had a cake on my birthday in years due to my gluten and dairy intolerance, but decided I was going to make it work this year. I found this bakery and ordered a very last minute confetti cake from them, and it was by far one of the most delicious gluten and dairy free creations I've ever tried. The cake was delicious and the frosting was so rich that I was nervous they had messed it up! Will definitely be a returning customer!
I’ve been gluten free for 7 years and this place has by far some of the best options that actually taste amazing! For gluten-free products, the items are priced well and the taste is delicious!!

It was my first time visiting this bakery and the ladies were so nice!! Explained their products and showed me some yummy bakery goods. She asked about my food allergies and helped me pick out a little snack to go. Will definitely be back
My immediate family members have a handful of people who have celiac. This place is small and quaint but their food is divine. Everyone I've talked to there is super nice. They label everything so if you are vegan you can see what's available right away.
