Just top notch in every way. Attention to detail, great food from the first course to the last, and professional service. The crab cocktail is great. Delicious, generous helping of Maryland blue crab served cold. The prosciutto wrapped mozzarella appetizer is one of the best appetizers anywhere. It is just a perfect mix of delicious flavors that is always a must get for me. The prosciutto mozzarella appetizer also comes with delicious tomatoes which are hard to find nowadays for some reason. The bone-in New York strip was awesome. Fabulous piece of meat cooked perfectly. This is one of the best restaurants in the valley.
Experience was great. Brought my fiance to celebrate our engagement and everything was great. Food was delicious and the ambience was very romantic. Our server was great too. Lastly enjoyed the free desert with congratulations written in chocolate all very nicer
This is my all time favorite steak house to hang out. The atmosphere and service is above and beyond every time. The only this can be rivaled upon is how phenomenal the food is. I enjoy lunch and or dinner at least once a week. Gina, Meghan, Oscar you 3 make my visits wonderful. Yesterday Chef Jojo created an amazing Charcuterie board for a client. Thank you to the whole team.
Come to the West Valley, we deserve the finest foods over here, too 🤣 Honestly, I could eat here regularly if they were closer (Waddell). I've never once had a bad experience dining in this establishment.
I highly recommend the calamari, no one even comes close to The Capital Grille!

Beware of the aged NY sirloin steak, u might not like it, and no matter what, the best steak anywhere is a ribeye, so simply order that, it will be the winner, we did order a ribeye too and the only mistake was that we ask for the balsamic one, and it seems they burned that sauce, and it was giving a burnt smell to it, my wife was ok with it, but I couldn’t enjoy it fully, lesson learned, not to order balsamic next time. Other then that, everything was great, staff was great. Our waiter Chriss was super great, and that’s why I am still giving a 4 star, otherwise it would have been a 3 star. Note, if u ever reserve with them, if u are coming for a special occasion. Do mention in ur reservation time, so they will prepare ur table accordingly and probably include a desert for u guys.
Our food was cooked to perfection, the atmosphere was very welcoming, our waitress was so kind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening.
Great service, we were very looked after. The food was good not exceptional like I remember. The steak lacked seasoning, the lamb chops were a disappointment but the rest of our meal was fantastic especially the seafood platter and the sides. I still recommend it, we've dinned there over the last couple of years so I'm hoping it was a one off. Oh, yes the dessert was delicious.

Food was fantastic. Service was amazing. Jose Jimenez was our server and he was so good. 19 years at this location. It was my mom's birthday, and he treated her like a queen! The manager came by to talk with us. He introduced us to Oscar who was another 19 year employee, ran the bar, and made the most amazing martini! Great food, great service, reasonable pricing, and you feel like family. Highly recommend!
Great service! Old world restaurant with wonderful steaks and seafood flair if you are not a steak person. I love the dark wood, paneling wall, mood lighting, and we sat in the bar, and that was just terrific to have dinner! Ran into an old friend from San Diego just talk to him.!
