We arrived Sunday around 12:00pm for a brunch. Our wait was very short, maybe 20 minutes. The service was excellent! The crepes were amazing, so tender and melt in your mouth! The coffee was so flavorful and bottomless cup refillsl! Very busy place but well worth the wait. We will be back, maybe next time for the lunch menu!!! This I know will be my new favorite place for breakfast!!!
Been coming here regularly for years. Once a week and they always get it right. The servers are bar none amazing! The breakfast is to die for. Once you eat at butterfields, you won’t go for breakfast anywhere else. Best place hands down for breakfast in AZ!
From fast service to amazing food, this place is hard to pass up for a solid breakfast. They modernized the restaurant, which looks great. They have several employees who have been there for years, and should you become a regular, you’ll get to spot them. They take their coffee very seriously, always making sure you’ve got a full cup. They've got amazing pancakes and the best sugar-free pancake syrup.
What a home run of a breakfast place!
We arrived at 915a today and were seated promptly. Our server Addison was the best I have had in a LONG time. She was super friendly, attentive, and was not over-bearing at all. She had answers to any questions we had and came in clutch when I asked for a single tortilla to finish my skillet with. Five stars for service alone!
The food was 10/10. I had the New Mexico skillet with over-easy eggs and a side of pancakes, and everything was cooked perfectly. The portions were perfectly sized as well. Our wait time was about 10min from ordering which means they know what they are doing in the back.
This place is absolutely our new favorite breakfast spot when we come to the phoenix area and we will definitely be back!
I used to eat at this place 6 years ago and enjoyed it tremendously. I haven't been able to make my way back until now and it's still just as amazing as the other 7 times I ate here. We went on a Tuesday near noon so there was no wait. I basically licked my plate clean. When my bacon didn't come out the way I ordered it they promptly remade it. The orange juice is definitely fresh and the best liquid I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The potatoes were crispy and the pancakes had great flavor. Amazing service. Amazing food. I wish I could eat here every morning.
I had a delightful experience at Butterfield's Pancake House & Restaurant! The staff was amicable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal.
I tried the Danish Blueberry pancakes, which were a treat for the taste buds. The burst of blueberry flavor was great, but I would caution those without a sweet tooth, as it might be a bit much. Overall, it is a fantastic place for a delicious breakfast with top-notch service and a cozy environment.
My family and friends have been on a losing streak for amazing service, good, and dining experience. This place has turned that around for us. The food is amazingly delicious, I had the whole hog skillet. It was crispy yet soft in the middle hash browns with sausage, ham, bacon a with cheese topped with two eggs to your order. I ordered mine over medium which was perfect! And it came with THE BEST PANCAKES IN THE VALLEY, these pancakes will change your freaking life. We definitely will be back and making this our new breakfast spot. Our waitress was also on top of everything for us and had our order taken in a timely manner and the food was cooked to perfection quickly and brought out all together at the same temp and time. Love this place. I should’ve taken better pictures for this review, I shall for the next time.
We went here for the 1st time on 8/3, but it won’t be the last. Our server, Briana, made great suggestions and was very helpful. Everyone was polite, attentive and very efficient. Food was delicious. A large breakfast menu to choose from

amazing service, our server rubi is amazing and just gives off such great energy. manager comes around and asks how the experience is which is amazing, really shows how much they care about the people walking through the doors
Service and food was fantastic. Best pancakes I've had since I was in Hawaii last year. I notice all the employees were attentive to tables as they walked by. For anyone who says they cannot get good service in an American restaurant, should eat at this place.
