4 stars for one very big reason. The food is consistent for the most part. The service is usually friendly enough. The atmosphere is mid, but not awful. My issue is that even with employees standing outside rain or shine and multiple drive through lanes, it's still incredibly slow and inconvenient. To start, employees always reach you before you get to the menus meaning if you aren't already familiar with the menu, you have to have an awkward moment of asking to see the one on their tablet or just guess. Then after you order, more often than not, your food gets to you before the cars in front of you, get theirs, or the cars in back of you get their food before you. Meaning someone's always stuck waiting behind other cars even as their food gets cold. We've gotten stuck for 10 minutes before just waiting for the cars in front of us to get food. So yeah. Food is consistent. Convenience? Not great.
They were so nice helping me through the drive through today! Food was perfect, and the company was much appreciated. Improved my whole day thank y'all.
Located inside the White Oak Village Shopping Center - Within the past year, they gave this place a remodel. They took out the kids' play area but added a lot of additional seating inside and updated the furnishings. They also have the updated drive-through lanes, and despite being constrained on lot space, they get a lot of customers through quickly. The same great food and service you expect from every location. (Didn’t love the pimento sandwich), but it was still hot and fresh.
I had a good evening here. Got a good dinner. Tried a milkshake but didn't like it. I felt bad asking if they could give me another one, but the woman at the counter smiled and said no problem! Brought me another one which I did like and so here I am. The woman's name was cheniah? Close to that, but point is excellent service and very kind!
I am a morning regular at this location and they are fantastic. The whole team doesn't miss a beat. It is like a well oiled machine. They always treat me like I am family and they do this for every single customer. I highly recommend making getting breakfast from this chick Fila part of your morning routine!

As I pulled into the drive through my initial thought was this was going to be a run of the mill walk through h-e double hockey sticks if you catch my drift. But then out of the corner of my eye I saw the sun reflect off the beautiful mop on his head that he calls hair. I waited for the elegant man to finish taking the order of the car in front of me. As he strutted to my car I rolled down my window with nothing but pleasure. I couldn’t take my eyes off his rosy cheeks and gorgeous smile. He said “my pleasure” even though I hadn’t thanked him. Even with some initial confusion as to why he was saying my pleasure I couldn’t help but notice how it rolled off his tongue with ease and grace. I peered at his name tag and saw “Cody.” I still can’t get over how well his name sums up his shaggy beard and ruffled hair. Even as I drive away I can’t help but hate that we have to part but love that we could meet. The service Cody provided me was a level above amazing. It. Was. Cody. He is everything I need in Chickfila. The only complaint I have is that our time had to come to an end and I will never get this good of service again.

This is the only place I've been where you get in and out quickly and swift. Food always good and no foreign items in your food. The only issue is I like my waffles fries a little more crisper.
NEVER had less than an outstanding experience at any location. My favorite go to place with a gluten free bun available for me - and it's a great one, not dry or hard like some. Now if they could just offer a lactose free milkshake, I would work there for FREE!!!
Visit every morning. Staff is friendly. Food is consistently good. Order is always accurate. They are busy but manage it well. No complaints wish they were open on Sundays.
Nicest Chick-fil-A we've visited. All staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Everything set up for efficiency & customer service. There were 2 lines going through the drive-through & everything went quickly & smoothly. There's plenty of parking & surrounding area has trees & is very pleasant.
Food was served very quickly & order was exactly right. The attitudes of the employees seemed to carry over to the customers, as people seemed a lot friendlier than those @ most places these days!
