4 stars for one very big reason. The food is consistent for the most part. The service is usually friendly enough. The atmosphere is mid, but not awful. My issue is that even with employees standing outside rain or shine and multiple drive through lanes, it's still incredibly slow and inconvenient.

This is the only place I've been where you get in and out quickly and swift. Food always good and no foreign items in your food. The only issue is I like my waffles fries a little more crisper.
NEVER had less than an outstanding experience at any location. My favorite go to place with a gluten free bun available for me - and it's a great one, not dry or hard like some. Now if they could just offer a lactose free milkshake, I would work there for FREE!!!
Visit every morning. Staff is friendly. Food is consistently good. Order is always accurate. They are busy but manage it well. No complaints wish they were open on Sundays.
Nicest Chick-fil-A we've visited. All staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Everything set up for efficiency & customer service. There were 2 lines going through the drive-through & everything went quickly & smoothly. There's plenty of parking & surrounding area has trees & is very pleasant.

Very clean and well stocked w condiments. The bathroom was very clean, and the cleaning chart was recently updated. Staff was friendly and prompt.
We hit it when it was busy and still were able to get very personalized service. The management must be great because all of the employees seemed happy despite it being a very busy time.
