This is a very clean Chick-fil-a, with a great deal of care going into the prompt and friendly service. You can tell that the cashier who helped us, and unfortunatelyI did not catch her name, really loves helping people and what she does. That is so difficult to find these days! The food is hot and fresh. The service is quick. My shake was great with a lit of whip cream. She even started my soda over, because it had spilled all over the cup. She did not want anyone having a messy drink. It is so important and much appreciated these days!
We have been coming to this location since it was opened, never had a bad experience. Staffs are always friendly. Food is consistently good. Chick-fil-A app made ordering ahead super easy. Love the rewards.
The 5 star service is just for Janae! Her morning enthusiasm is contagious! Hope it spreads to the rest of her co-workers because they're energy was lackluster. Continue being great Janae!
The chicken tenders are crunchy on the outside, moist, and juicy on the inside. Service was quick, considering how busy it was. The kids love the tower and slide on the playground.

Extremely consistent food, great service.
The food is fast food, so that is a limitation, but the service is ALWAYS stellar. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Same great quality and speed we're used too. Took the family sometime after 6 on a Saturday. Nearly every table was dirty. What really bothered me was the dirty windows in the play area. I don't like to assume they weren't busy. Just surprised with only 6 or so tables in service, they didn't have time to do a lap thru the dining room. I'm a loyal customer. Just hope this gets addressed.
It's delicious and you know by the length of the line in the drive through! Pack a little patience when you go! They try to get us through quickly but come on, with 20+ vehicles in line, it's nearly impossible! The staff is friendly and helpful which I very much appreciate. 😊❤️
The staff is always courteous and willing to help. My mobile order was missing an item, and I had to return for it. But the staff was accommodating and attentive.
The food was fresh and tasty like usual, no compliant there. What really made this place better was that the children’s play area was clean and I felt very comfortable letting my daughter play there.
I use the mobile app 3-5 times a week and drive through the mobile app pick up line at the Pump Road location. As an avid Chick Fil A patron I know the food will be great, but what I’ve come to love more are my morning check-ins with Anthony and Dominque. These two gentlemen are a beautiful representation of what service looks like. They are both incredibly pleasant and I really look forward to checking in with them in the morning and the lovely banter we have. I’m just so impressed with them and sincerely hope they are recognized for the experience they are creating for their customers.
