Best pupusa in the area! They have remodeled and cleaned up at bit, no such a dive any more. Family run by nice people.
Delicious Salvadoran cuisine. Great hand made pupusas. Their carnitas burrito is awesome. Total dive hole in the wall and worth a visit.
Great pupusas cheap (cash only) but it is an unmitigated dive, so be prepared. I stopped eating there when I was pregnant, because I noticed their ovens, just their ovens!, were condemned by the government, but now I am back into them, because the food is so good.
Carnitas tacos and the pork and cheese pupusa are excellent! Picked up to go orders after a long workday. Everyone was happy. During Covid days so precautions were set in place. Easy to pick up and take home. Friendly staff! Will return again and again!
This spot is a little hole in the wall on San Pablo Ave. in Richmond. During the pandemic they are open for takeout only, no dining room. The food is very good, very tasty, fresh El SalvadorianDishes cooked from scratch. The pupusas alone are worth driving over there from Oakland. The prices are great, this is a good value for the money. must try

Pupusas are so freaking good and their shrimp soup as well and the burritos! The Chicken Fries could definitely use more cheese though, but overall, freaking good food!
