Buffalo Wild Wings

Went to BWs for my hour lunch break. 2 of my coworkers and I. Waitress was very very bad. First thing was just getting our drinks. No fountain drinks but will charge you over $3 for a bottle when 2 days ago we got free cause their machine was down. Told waitress and she seemed to not care. Took 30 minutes to get our order. All orders were appetizers. They were not busy. 5 tables of guests. The best part is when our food comes out the waitress dumps the plate on me on accident but has no remorse. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager never even came to look. How unprofessional. Now I have food on me and nobody cared. The waitress and "Manager" should be fired. We will NEVER be back. I will be sure to persuade my fellow Postal workers not to eat their.

Horrible experience every single time. Historically, this is one of my regular favorite restaurants to watch sports, eat wings and have a couple cold ones -whether it be by myself or with my family. We used to get decent service and food but over the last couple years it’s gone way downhill. For example, I order extra crispy bone in wings every time and the last time I came in with my family our waitress claimed they could ‘drop them’ 3 times but it would take extra time. Well they got the extra time right but my wings came out just like if I’d ordered them the normal way they fix them. When we questioned it the manager came out and said she personally ’dropped them’ herself 2 times for 12 minutes (which contradicted what waitress said) and basically said that’s just the best they could do. This has happened several times now and we have now decided we will no longer visit this location.

Our server Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing, it was obviously a busy busy night and they seemed very short staffed but she did everything she could to ensure us that the food will be out as soon as possible, kept up with our drinks made sure my husband had his beer full every time it became half empty which was ALOT!! She was a super sweet and fun girl even with all her tables around us! it intentionally took 45 mins for 20 boneless wings and 10 traditional, appetizer took about 15 mins for ultimate nachos which were AWESOME.. overall had a great experience, definitely need more wait staff but everyone was definitely working hard from what I seen and that is hard to come by these days!

In my experience at buffalo wild wings, I am always greeted with a smile by the curly locks of Dustin. Dustin always visits my table and cracks jokes that make us chuckle. I am a regular customer to Sydney, and she is my favorite to be of presence. As long as Sydney is my waitress, my cup shall always be fullith. Sydney makes her customers a priority, and allows a nice experience in dining.

The Buffalo Wild Wings in South Ridge is a great place. All the workers are very friendly, helpful, and energetic. They are bouncing around everywhere, checking with you to make sure that everything is going well and if you need anything else....not so much to be an aggravation. The food is awesome as expected, definitely no disappointment there. The facility is nicely laid out and kept clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I ordered a combo with 6 boneless wings, 6 bone-in wings, and fries. Didn't realize it was $22 till I got the check which was my fault. The boneless wings were about the size of a quarter no bigger than that. The wait staff was great though. Just make sure you get one of their deals because otherwise this place is overpriced.
