Domino's Pizza

03/15/22 9:00 pm No. Absolutely No. This is the dirtiest location I've ever visited (can see the kitchen through the drive-thru window, multiple code violations happening) I ordered handmade pan pizza and 6 buffalo wings. I received an original crust pizza and cold chicken sticks with a buffalo sauce drizzle. The bottom crust on our pizza was underdone and tasted the way dirty dish towels smell. Completely unacceptable. One would assume, in these situations, that the customer would likely be irate, cross, and rude while management drew on their experience in customer retention/service and problem solving to resolve the issue. Think again, I was extremely nice and the manager was rude and hung up on me. She said I'd receive a refund. Still unacceptable. 2 thumbs way down. (Btw, there were 2 workers there. One male employee, one female manager. If this gets back to corporate, don't blame the male worker, He was great!)

Have predominantly had excellent products and service. However, twice during the time period a particular person was employed (is no longer there), we twice received small pizzas when we ordered and paid for mediums. But when I spoke with the manager about what had occurred he graciously gave us 2 free pizzas on future orders.

I'm a firm believer in second chances, as such this is the first negative review I can ever remember leaving for a restaurant. About a month ago I ordered for pick-up. I waited about 30 minutes then recieved a notification from the app that my order was ready. I pull in behind another car in the pickup line Wait for maybe six or seven minutes for them to retrieve their order then pull up and tell them my name. They informed me that I need to pull up into a parking spot because my order isn't ready. Judging by the amount of time I had to wait they actually prepared my order while I sat there. I chalked it up to perhaps being a busy day and maybe they were slammed. Today I put in a pick up order for two sandwiches and a drink. The app showed a wait time of 35 to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I check the status of my order and the app still showed it as "preparing". Since it had been 45 minutes I decided to drive on over to pick up the order. When I arrived there were no customers inside and no one in the pickup line so I pulled on up. When I gave the employee my name he goes to check on my order and once again asks me to pull up into a parking spot because it was not ready. By the time my order was brought out it was just over an hour since I had ordered. I understand things don't always go smoothly in the restaurant and food service industry. I make it a point to never be rude to wait staff or employees and always tip well even with sub-par service. That being said I simply cannot recommend this place after back to back issues with a simple pickup order resulting in an hour wait each time, which is unfortunate because I generally like the quality of their food and this location is very convenient to where I live.
