I have gone here for the past 3 years for cakes for my child's 1st, 2nd, and now 3rd birthday. I should have written a review sooner! We have enjoyed all three cakes every year. The owner is friendly and takes the time to listen to what you want (and even sketch it out on paper) and offers helpful suggestions. I was surprised when I went in this year she remembered me from previous years and even remembered what cake flavor we did last year! We have tried different flavors and they all turn out delicious! We tried a chocolate cake with blueberry filling this year and it was so good! The cake is never too heavy or dense or dry and is always enjoyed by all of our guests. Even the chocolate cake wasn't too much for an 11:00am birthday party. We always go for the whipped frosting and it is light and smooth and the cake designs look great on it. You can tell there is love and care put into these cakes and I'm happy to support a local business.

We've had many cakes from NY Bakery over the past number of years and they've all been really good. The last two times we ordered a custom cake for my daughter's birthday and they both turned out phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. Not only were the cakes well-decorated, they were also delicious! The owners are super accommodating and very helpful. I give my experience a 5-star and double thumbs up!

I would rate it 4.5 if I could. For a short notice request, this place was so kind and helpful with taking in my cake order. However, I have to take off a star because I asked for red roses but for some reason I got purple instead. It was disappointing, but I was still happy with it in the end. I would definitely order from this place again even though there was a minor mistake. The cake tasted good and spongey.

Nice old fashion korean bakery, not that sweet and tasty. Personal favor is the Moca cream, very nice favor and great price. Nice red bean bums also good. Note they are closed Wednesday. Nice couple, not fancy but great bread and cake ( need to order). Call ahead if you need specific or large number of particular type. They do not carry too many inventory to keep cost down so they offer good price and good breads.
