i understand I did a DoorDash at 9:15 when y’all close at 10 but if you didn’t have the stuff then you should of sent a message to me on DoorDash… next time. Thanks. I spent extra money to DoorDash it. INCONSIDERATE. Can I have a free meal please? Thanks. :)

Had the worst Chipotle experience of my life today. My wife and I decided to stop at this store for a tasty dinner. We've had bad experiences with the mobile ordering in the past at this store, so I elected to walk in and order. At first glance, I thought that was a great decision. There was no one in line. However, as I approached the counter, the only employee behind the counter failed to acknowledge me, and then just walked away for 2-3 minutes. That's fine, no biggie. When he returns, I order my two burrito bowls. The wife and I both like fajita veggies, and during my wait I saw that the veggie bowl was empty, but there were some on the stove. I asked how long it would be to get veggies. The employee said 10-15 minutes(!!!). Well that's a bummer for sure, but okay... So I then proceed to order her bowl and mine, only to also find out that they are also out of Carnitas. What's going on at this place? At this point I'm pretty annoyed, since we're missing multiple ingredients from the bowls we were hoping to get. But I continue on, and go to order. I pull up my app to scan my rewards, but the app has logged me out (which it seems to do every time), and at that point I had a line of people behind me. So I elected to just deal with claiming the rewards later and enter my order number online. But before I could even get my receipt, the clerk had already thrown it away. So now I'm stuck with bowls we didn't really want, and no rewards for the purchase. And then the ultimate kicker, the food that we did end up getting was honestly just not good. I'm not sure if they're missing ingredients or what, but both bowls were very bland in flavor. And my wife's chicken had a bone in it! It was a cacophony of blunders, one worse than the other, and a truly disappointing experience. Recommend to find another location for your Chipotle fix.

I have not had good experiences at this location. I order online for pickup. They have never been ready at my pickup time. Today they had a line of about 8 people. I was 5 minutes late for my pickup and whole line was through by the time my order was ready. In addition when I got home I realized they left out the chips. They will give them to me if I drive back to pick them up. I love Chipotle, but not this location.

Do not walk in to order. They do not care about people that drive up and walk into eat. They will only fulfill call in orders ahead of yours. You can wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes before they’ll serve you. It’s ridiculous. Food is fine. But the way they serve you as a customer when you walk in the store is second class. Please call your order in ahead of time or don’t waste your time.

This was my first time here and I loved it at first. But I noticed this location was empty, no customers. After I was ordering I seen why….I liked there was no line, but the food is not moving. There was a lot of dry, hard food. Even the salsa was in dry clumps… 😆 I even got a piece of meat that tasted like soap. 🤢 There were people standing around talking, when they should have been cleaning. The grill area was so messy and bad. The kitchen floor and walls were filthy. Not a location I want to come back to.

Order was supposed to be ready at 6:00 pm for an online pick up. The online time said 6:00, which is something they can change from inside the restaurant. I showed up at 5:58 and waited until 6:30 to say something. There were about 8 to 10 other people also waiting for the same amount of time, and one woman who was there for 45 minutes. Several of them walked out. The people at the end of the long line were long gone by the time I had enough, because they only cared about the line at the door. I asked if I could have the order for half off, which resulted in “well it’s already paid for”. I asked for his boss, because clearly there’s no world where that guy makes big decisions at his job. He got his boss, who also had an attitude problem. There is no world where it’s okay to wait for an order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes prior, and then paying full price for it, while being talked to as if the people that work there do not care at all. It is astonishing how terrible this establishment is run. There won’t be a next time, I’d rather go hungry.

This location is trash and their employees could care less. Order from anywhere else. My order was wrong. Delivery was late. And they provided a half of serving of a burrito bowl for a grub hub order. Chips were all broken. Not to mention zero napkins or silverware for delivery order. TRASH.

I don’t know what the deal is with this restaurant, but they can’t get orders right. Maybe it’s just delivery orders, but they’re awful. And I’m sure it’s them and not DoorDash, although they aren’t great either.
Twice I order salad, and I get no dressing. And it’s frustrating that there’s no way to ask for extra depressing because when it does come, they don’t fill the little cup even half way. Which makes sense because they half fill their bowls. Every bowl or salad is half full and often missing something. This last time was veggies, before was cheese and another time was sour cream. Whenever I order chips, I have a 50/50 shot.
So frustrating. And you can’t call the store direct. Why? Oh yeah, because of the above…
I do not recommend eating here. If you must eat Chipotle, try another store. I’m done here.
