Arby's

Came here for lunch 06/08/2022 at 12:11 PM, I was excited to try the new wagyu burger. I decided to try it with bacon. After repeating my order 3 times at the window I thought that me and the lady taking my order were finally on the same page. I checked my bag and my receipt. And the receipt confirmed I was charged the extra charge for bacon. When I got back to work and sat down to eat my $12+ dollar burger I realized I had no bacon.

Tonight my partner and I visited the arbys on Arapaho and Jordan at around 9:20PM , as our order was being taken another employee would interrupt the other talking to us, yell at us and proceed to start laughing, I called the store to ask for the managers number and the supposed manager on shift “Anthony” denied to provide the proper phone numbers for the general/ district manager and refused to give me the number for corporate and told me that he saw nothing wrong with the situation at hand. I’ve been eating at this location for years and I’ve never experienced anything so ridiculous and rude. I am flabbergasted and by god I hope there is restitution to this situation.

They didn't get my order exactly right, they didn't put cheddar on my beef n cheddar also no Arby's sauce on the bun, and I had to reach behind the counter to get my own Horseradish. Also the wait was 9 minutes, from the time I ordered till I got my food. The drive thru was was getting their food but their orders were not correct as they were coming inside to get their orders corrected. I still have them 4 stars as they were to busy for me to stand and line and make my order correct.

The Arby's website clearly says the restaurant closes at 11PM, but when I drove up there at 9PM, the cashier said the restaurant was closed due to short staff. I saw two workers hanging out by the door and chatting or taking a break. I drove 5 miles for nothing. If the restaurant is closed, they should not answer the drive in call.

The wife and I came here for a quick lunch but that didn't happen. As soon as we got to the counter a staff member saw us and immediately turned around and walked away and ignored us for about 10-15 minutes. The manager then came from the back of the cooks area and took our order. When my wife asked for a typical roast beef sandwich the manager told us they were put of roast beef even though we saw them just making roast beef sandwiches not 10 minutes prior. We ordered our food and got our drinks and sat down to wait. The condiment station was completely empty and not stocked so I had to ask for napkins and straws. When our name was called the girl just threw our bag on the counter and walked away when I was trying to ask for Arby's sauce. I had to reach over the counter and get it myself. Not too happy with this place.
