Pizza Hut

Order here all the time. What happened with my pizza? Who decided to tilt the box to its side? This is ridiculous. Considering not ordering from here again. Edit: Manager called me next day and offered a free pizza with personal delivery to make sure things go well. It was just the driver that was messing things up for the store.

I guess this location doesn't put cheese on the pizzas anymore. I placed an order in the app for the new spicy lover's pizza and it came without any cheese. It was just pepperoni and red peppers sitting on the marinara sauce. The pepperoni pieces were burnt and so dry that you could actually just brush them right off. They didn't even stick to the pizza. I even double checked my order to make sure I didn't accidentally order it without cheese, and the order was correct on the app. This is the second time I've had a pizza come from this location with little-to-no cheese on it. The first time this happened was for just a single topping stuffed crust, and it only had cheese on the top half by the crust. That was a few months ago. I don't regularly order pizza, so I'm pretty disappointed to be having the same issue. I've had better frozen pizzas at this point. And at half the cost. This location is a no for me. I don't recommend it

I ordered (always order) a thin crust pizza with Italian and double pork sausage with heavy pizza sauce well done. The pizza is ALWAYS great. Ms. Pamela is always pleasant and speaks to you in a manner that always want you to come back and she always ensures that my order is always prepared correctly. I highly recomment

Just picked up my order and I asked for extra cheese and I asked for some peppers. Extra charge for any pepper she was really rude. So when I get home I felt this was not extra cheese had lots of sauce. I had to pay extra for cheese and I have no problem with extra charge for cheese but plz give me what I’m paying for. Haven’t been to this location in some time and I will not be visiting this location again. Pam the manager was very rude and Dave her employee was not trying to help us. All they kept saying is they do not make mistakes. Just wanted a pizza the way I ordered it. There are other pizza places that I will go to this one is off our list. Would not recommend to my worst enemy
