My daughter works here. Car hops are very polite an respectful. I always try to give a tip change mostly wish I could give more but times are tough. Shout out to all the car hops that work hard and smile Even when customers are being jerks! Keep up the good work!

This place is always hit or miss. Today was a miss for sure. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and only got one beef patty and a huge piece of the heal of the lettuce head that was turning brown. And the fries were so salty and cold I couldn't eat them. Please do better sonic.

Staff are generally very happy and have smiles on their faces, which is always nice to see. We typically don't have to wait very long Iine, which is nice and the food is typically good. I had the Big Dill burger and it was the best burger I've had in awhile.

Today my husband an I visited this store today! It was the nastiest food u have ever eaten here! We had the onion butts with the roots still on them. The tomatoes were the butts still on them. The burger itself was so dry thank God for the mayo! There was supposed to be no cheese and both had it slopped on!
This is the worst experience we have ever had.
We called the manager to make them aware of what was coming outta the kitchen
She was very rude till she found out we were still in a stall just outside the window.. thanks for reading

The employee Ben was friendly and courteous. Even though busy, I received my order fast. I highly recommend this Sonic!

Went in last night with my mom and friend. We ordered 3 chicken strip sandwiches large Fries large mozzarella stick and 3 pretzels with cheese. Our pretzels with cheese had American cheese melted on it! Fries were iced cold and re heated a second time around. Very disappointed in the manager last night and this sonic is going down hill. Would not recommend.

I just went there ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger toaster with ketchup only they gave me breakfast one then gave me full toasters then now with mayo not ketchup only 3 times still.didnt get it right this location in aurora they don't know what they doing still didn't get my order right
