Mcalister's Deli - Southlands

Paid $12.40 for two strawberry lemonades. The cups were packed completely full of ice then a splash of lemonade added. I didn't pay that much to receive cups of ice!!!!!! I asked for more flavor in them because I knew the ice would melt and dilute all the lemonade. I was charged another $1.62 for the two shots of flavor!!!!

Great food, just need a little more staff. I will admit, I've only been there once. Here is what I saw: There was only one person for the floor and one person in the kitchen. There were ten people in line, which two got out because of the wait. The wife and I weren't in a hurry and wanted to try the place out so we waited patiently. The staff was very friendly and nice. The food was great. They did forget my side dish however, but the main sandwich filled me so I wasn't upset. I am giving them four stars because I think it was a fluke with employee scheduling. I will update the review after the next time or two I go there.

Don't bother to come here, best part of the meal was the pickle. The restaurant was filthy, the service was slow and incompetent. After a 20 minute wait for two sandwiches they brought only one, and when questioned as to the other half of our order we were told they "forgot to put it in". We were charged for our full order. To top off the experience after an additional 15 minute wait for the missing sandwich they brought the wrong thing. We ordered directly off the menu with no modifications, it shouldn't be this hard. Save your time and money you will have a better experience at Subway.

Good sandwiches and more. Large portions, friendly service and great sweet tea. Edit 6/19 Changed many things on the menu...took one of our favorite sandwiches, the California Turkey Reuben, removed the yummy Cole slaw and replaced it with nasty sour sauerkraut. They no longer have the regular Cole slaw as a side and replaced it with their "special " slaw. My daughter got a salad with wilted slimy lettuce and much to my grandson's dismay they no longer had Peanut butter sandwich for kids. Very disappointed.

I love this place ! Good food,good variety,and wonderful customer service ! The lady working at the counter is always very helpful. They always refill your tea and clean tables right away. I also love that kids meals are 99 cents after 3 and great the variety on the kids menu as well. Glad I found this place !
