Showed up at 2 PM on a Saturday. Neon open sign lit up but hand written note on the door says be back in 15 minutes. No return time listed. Waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came. I work across the street and used to come here a fair amount. I will not be coming back. I will also let all my coworkers know what to expect. Watched at least three other people park get out go to the door then leave.

This place has horrible customer service. Total attitude with a customer walking in like you are an inconvenience. Absolutely no sense of urgency. These people running the store do not want to be there. I have gone here 3 times in the last couple months same people same attitude same consistency. Constantly way below average service and quality. Take you business to Jimmy John's to be fair they are fast accurate and have better service not to mention they deliver. If I could give Zero I would. Will not eat at this establishment again and obviously the owner could care less as nothing has changed at this location in months. Horrible franchise business. Maybe hire people with integrity.

I arrived at this location at 3:55 pm. The doors were locked. There were several handwritten notes hanging in the door. One of the notes said a 25-minute break. There was no start time or return time. How is anyone to know when the 25-minute note was placed? I worked at Subway when I was a teenager, and we never would've done anything like this. To further my disappointment when I went up to the door, the staff member was sitting in the lobby and did not even acknowledge my presence. To top it off, I went to another location after this and was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I must say customer service as well as food quality had gone down the drain at many Subway locations.

Crack head behind the counter refused service to me because I asked why he was being rude and providing poor customer service!! Gee all I did was just switched the kind of bread I was having. You’re a punk and Subway, do better!!

This was the fourth time I went there. The first time was last spring and it was just fine. After that I had only horrible customer experiences. One time it was a dude who was just rude and mumbled behind his mask barely audible. The next time I went it was a lady who was sjustvas unfriendly and unwelcoming. I thought maybe it's because I'm Caucasian but she was horrible to my African American friend I brought the next time, too. She has her underage little son take the hot baking sheets out of the oven as well.
I seriously can't stand the place. Or employees for that matter.

I wish I could rate this no stars. I walked in not a single worker was wearing a mask, I was then yelled at by every single worker for not wearing one myself then I left because they all tried to fight me... I think one guy started throwing things at my car as I was leaving.

It's amazing to me that restaurants like this are willing to make you feel bad for ordering a sandwich. Their eye-rolling approach to customers is annoying, especially with a built-in tip. I won't be back.
