Younger staff is always extremely pleasant and very patient. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

My daughter is allergic to nuts and eggs. This store goes out of their way to accommodate her allergies. They have no egg in the icecream and have a separate nut free blizzard blender in the back. They ring up nut allergies with a special code and blend them in their own blender. So happy my daughter was able to enjoy an Oreo blizzard!
A convenient location for a classic American treat. No grill here so all the foods are dorm-style. They’re very active here, but it seems these workers are just getting started food service— don’t over expect from an orange julius should be common. So CHILL here and get a real meal elsewhere
Not sure what a lot of the people who leave the negative reviews on here are expecting, but it's legit what 90% of other Dq's in the country are like. A bunch of young kids who lack some training and are probably new to that job. Overall I've been here with my family at least 6-7 times in the last 8 months and never had an issue. Not sure if my "ice cream shop" standards are that low, or a lot of these negative people's are that high. Go to the other ice cream shops that charge almost triple Dq's price.

I'm honestly not sure why there's is so many negative reviews for this DQ, but in short, it's your average DQ, which is excellent.
Most, if not all of the workers are High School students and College students, working while still in school.
The only drawback is that it doesn't have a drivethru, which isn't possible with the location.
All in all, it's your normal DQ, with the normal DQ menu, with the normal DQ prices, with the normal DQ wait.
I would recommend this location to anyone.
Place is good. They are remodeling right now June 2021 as I write this. My only issue is the standards are inconsistent. Sometimes the person collecting money will get the ice cream and use the same gloves. I'm sort of a freak about things like that. Even before covid.
I was greeted as soon as I entered the building. The young man who served me was very friendly. Before I could open up my web browser to leave a review that he already had the blizzard ready for me. Tasted great!
