The food here is consistently good. I can’t give 5 stars because of one particular visit where they were busy, and stopped right before our order was taken and announced any new orders would be 45 minutes. Other than that the food is good and fresh. Way better than your average fast Asian food. The teriyaki crunch roll is delicious.
Portions are worth the price, the balance of protein to veggie to rice is good. Taste a level of spice is consistent. Service is quick and slows during peak hours as expected. Their customer service is definitely 5 stars. I've had a few orders not correct and they have always taken responsibility and corrected it. The missing star is due to corporate removing some items, bad move.
We love Pei Wei. They are very consistent, flavorful, good portions. We have found that they are always out of the iced tea by dinnertime, though. So we bring our own.

Stoped in for dinner. Wow. Ashley took our order and even served our order. This girl WORKS. She seems to be taking, delivering to the tables, and cleaning up. She does it all. We even tipped her. Food was cooked correctly. Sad that they took away the cool soda machine and no more chai iced brewed tea sad😒could use a remodel. The owner should really be fixing this, everyone knows that Paul Fleming can afford to do this but is to busy enjoying his money elsewhere. The place needs a total physical makeover. Been going here for 16 years and still looks the same except worn out now. Some of the benches you bottom out when you sit in them. Color schematics are outdated. Needs a fresh trendy appeal like it was meant to be. It has great stir fry dishes, but now have to eat in plastic bowls and plastic forks. So sad. Really miss the in-dining experience on plates with real metal forks. Eating wonton soup out of a plastic tub with a plastic spoon just doesn’t work or taste the same. The owner is at fault here, not Covid. This once little gem was thriving, but since maintenance has declined, I’m sure this will become part of the past soon too.
With the rush of take out orders the manager was there keeping the flow going. Clearly he has stressed hand washing, could be the norm, who else really actively watched for it before. I ordered to go in person so I was able watch for a bit while they were working on a few very large orders before me. I would not notice any other time, phones do that, but tons of hand washing, which was good to see.
Oh, and the new spicy General Tso's in the Bento box was really good too.
I’ve come in several times. The food is always great and done in a timely manner. The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff looks young, but their customer service is top notch.
Chain but good quality. I ordered using the website which was convenient. Website was easy to use and the food was done at the time I chose for pickup. Choosing pickup time is a nice feature.
