A great experience, attentive staff (thank you Christian and Gabe for making this dinner special), and excellent food. I could see this place being a good environment for those corporate type dinners considering the amount of space available and drink selection. For that matter, on the other spectrum, it has some quieter spots for the anniversary couples. Highly recommend.

Our servers, John and Semaj, played a significant role in this outstanding experience. They demonstrated an impressive understanding of the menu, offering insightful recommendations that catered to the diverse tastes and dietary preferences of our large group. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evidenced by their perfect timing of service, ensuring our meals arrived hot and simultaneously, a task that often poses a challenge in many restaurants when catering for a sizable group.

We went to dinner here last night using the Travel Zoo promotion. The restaurant is gorgeous! Cozy yet open and spacious so you're not in other tables conversations. The food was delicious! I had the chicken dish and it was moist and flavorful. My friend had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection!
The only downside was that the service wasn't exactly what I would have expected from a restaurant of this caliber. We had to look for our server a few times and ask for more water. We had a bit of a difficult time understanding him at times. All in all the food and ambiance was amazing, service left a bit to be desired but still worth it.
Staying at the hotel and walked over to restaurant New Year’s Eve the wait was long so we decided to eat at the bar but order from the restaurant. Delicious! I had the pork chop and my husband the sea bass we’d definitely come back to eat her again. The wait staff was fabulous too!
I had the distinct pleasure of getting lost in the beauty of The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. The immaculate grounds and the food from Kitchen West Restaurant were reason enough to let go of reality for an afternoon. The wait staff at Kitchen West Restaurant were very attentive, the food was fantastic and the decor was elegant, with a southwest feel to it. Whether you are meeting for a business lunch, or dining out for a fabulous evening, Kitchen West is the place to be!

Excellent customer experience from Sarah. The level of customer service we received at Kitchen West was excellent. The recommendation for the grilled cheese & tomato soup lunch was absolutely fabulous! Your enthusiasm, kindness and sweet smile made our experience so enjoyable. You always greeted us with a smile and promptly took our drink orders. Whether you were serving my husband and I or the conference group we were with, you were friendly, prompt, always smiling and tended to us frequently. We appreciate you!
Actually reviewing the bar associated with Kitchen West called Bar Six 40. Pleasant atmosphere when the weather cools off in the Fall and Winter. They have a lovely patio with a fire pit and rocking chair. There can be a weird sewer smell occasionally. Tonight, a Saturday, they have a very nice guitar player. The bar staff is always engaging and fun.
Had lunch by the pool. Limited menu choices but all of our food was tasty and nice portion size for the price.
This was a five-star restaurant service was awesome food was some of the best food I've ever tasted great portions . Tyler and the staff was awesome. The valet service, Brad and Leon were just was on top of it great greeters, Top Notch. Beautiful grounds, it was a wonderful experience my husband and I was celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we will be back.
