Nice little place in Willow Glen on Willow Street. Across the street is a Bask and Robbins as a Landmark.
Food was definitely fresh and tasty. Did not go for the spicy Thai route, more savory and sweet dishes ordered.
Loved the service here. Very attentive.
I had Burmese fried rice, which has sausage in it, which is awesome. My dining companion had the tea leaf salad which was surprising. The chili garlic sauce is fantastic.
We stumbled along this place by distance and the reviews. We were about to fly out and wanted some good Asian food. The pics and reviews don't do this place justice! I eat out a LOT and this is my new favorite spot. I can honestly say the best Chinese food I've had. The service was amazing. I can't believe the place isn't packed. Their decor is cute and restrooms are clean. We started with the crispy tofu. I am normally not a fan of it but my boyfriend wanted to try it and I'm so glad he did. It was crunchy and the sauce that accompanied it was tasty. We shared the Kung pao and general tso and there was so many umami moments. We also had jasmine tea and that was herby and delicious. The combination fried rice was not an after thought. I could have just eaten that and been great. They go out of their way to make sure everything tastes so good and it shows. I can't say enough good things about them. I can't wait to visit San Jose again. I just wish San Antonio wasn't so far away.
It’s Chinese and Burmese cuisine with Thai influence. It had nice seating inside and the plates were so pretty, definitely added to the nice ambiance. Also hide nice flowers outside. They had plenty of vegetarian options, all of which were delicious. The samosas were good when dipped into the sweet and sour sauce. I ordered sweet and sour tofu; the tofu had a nice crunch and this dish usually comes with fish or meat so I’m glad I was able to try it after so many years of earring veggie. The pad Thai is a must! You can customize and substitute to fit dietary needs such as vegetarian or vegan. Eggplant with garlic sauce, pad kee-mao, Tom kha soup (veggie stock) and mango sticky rice were also delicious. I don’t eat meat, but family members enjoyed the firecracker chicken. Great options overall.
They have Chinese, Thai and Burmese dishes on their menu. We tried the Fish Fillet with Eggplant and the Chicken with Coconut Curry. Both are tasty, especially the Chicken with Coconut Curry. Portion size is no that large compared to the not-so-cheap price.
So happy to find this great Chinese place in San Jose! I liked everything about it. Food was delicious and the portions were big, prices reasonable, interior stylish and even elegant. But what is the most rare in all middle class restaurants - the service - it was top notch! The servers were very dedicated and knowledgeable, plus they were wearing the uniform(!) Feel myself really welcome guest here. As for food can definitely recommend chicken with eggplant in garlic sauce. Flavorful and tender with right level of spice.
The rating and reviews don't lie - the food here is delicious! We ordered the General Tso chicken, Beef and green beans, mango shrimp, and beef chow fun. All of it was amazing! The servers were also very attentive, and came to double check our allergies with us. Would come back again!
I love this Thai food restaurant in Willow Glen. It’s reasonably priced and large portions. I love the yellow curry! The folks there are so sweet when I ask that my order be gluten free (they have GF soy sauce)! They are always so helpful when I want to try new menu items and ensure that it can or can not be made GF. Their lunch menu is also really good!
I really enjoy the food here. They have a variety of dishes including Asian and Indian food.
My husband and I are big fans of the coconut chicken noodle soup.
I really enjoy their lemon chicken too.
Walking in, the aroma of the food filled the restaurant! It is super clean, service was friendly and food was absolutely delicious!
