loved the friendly, noisy vibes of this place. wait staff came by frequently to top up our waters, & food came pretty fast after our group of 8 gave our orders. everything was yummy, & portions were plentiful. oh, & if you're celebrating your birthday, the staff gathers together, gets their drum out, & sings you a birthday song! 🤗
Known for their Hawaiian Pancakes. If you want to order it, please be patient because the pancake is loaded with bananas and coconut so it takes a little longer. Enjoy your coffee and sides. Bill's staff is working hard to serve you a perfect dish!
The perfect place to stop for breakfast. While visiting friends in San Jose, we stopped here before catching our flight back home. The whole table was extremely satisfied with their breakfasts. Don't hesitate to eat here! 😊
Great service throughout! Hawaiian pancake is large and good for two people. We ordered a veggie skillet and the server was kind enough to split the dish into two plates for easy sharing :) Regular coffee is average though. Orange juice is freshly squeezed.
Their outdoor seats are covered and equipped with heaters.
One of the best place for breafkast ! Portions are huge and very tasty ! Service were amazing, very kind and helpful ♥️ everything were 11/10, if you want eat great breakfast choose this place !
Overall a good breakfast place. The place is always jam packed. I have been here twice and have not seen even a single table empty.

I ordered the vegetable skillet and took eggs(scrambled) on the side. It comes with a toast.
The food is nice but I would want to use the word delicious to rate it 5 stars, hence 4 stars.
The staff is fine. One of the staff members on the counter was drinking a beer(while on duty), that was the first time I ever noticed that an active staff member is trying to get drunk during work hours.
Great breakfast spot! Reasonably priced, definitely a "locals" spot, as a lot of patrons were on a first name basis with the staff. Pancakes were large and tasty. Coffee was also great!
2nd time visit Bill’s Cafe in Willow Glen still gives good impression on the food and service. Fried chicken and waffles are top notch. Great and warm atmosphere on Sunday morning.
This is my first time at this Bill's but have been to several other locations. We signed up on their waitlist via Yelp. You can even select to sit outside because we had our dogs The waitlist and time is pretty accurate. We were 21st on the list, and it said the wait was between 13-23 minutes. As time goes by, you see your number in line update. I highly recommend using the waitlist.
For the restaurant, the service was very good, attentive, and fast. The food came pretty soon after we ordered. The quality was also excellent. I got the country fried steak with a biscuit. It was delicious. The outside was crispy and the meat was juicy. I enjoyed the sauce! I also really liked the biscuit. It was soft and fluffy, not dense like biscuits I've had at other restaurants.
Others at my table got a veggie skillet, hashbrown skillet, and a Mexicana omelette. Everyone enjoyed their food. Overall, we were all happy with the experience. Highly recommend!
Came here for brunch. Usually a busy place. Had to wait a bit before we got a table. Service is friendly and food comes out fast . We had thr Belgian waffle , cookie pancake and make your own omelette. They were able to make changes according to request . Looking forward to coming here again.
