I honestly can’t get over how much I love this place. The service is some of the best I have experienced; the manager Keith goes above & beyond in making sure every guest is taken care of to the fullest extent. I also want to give a shout out to Drew & the bartender Kelson- they are so knowledgeable in all aspects of the menu.
I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a wonderful celebration, anniversary, or just a lovely night out. Thanks for always making us feel so special!
Went to Stanza last night for dinner and had the most beautiful time ever. The food was SO delicious and the service was incredible. We had an amazing experience. I highly recommend trying out this restaurant. Get the duck it was one of the most well executed dinners I have ever eaten.
I took my wife and son to Stanza because I wanted to find Italian food that was different from the norm.
And Well talk about a Nice experience!
, customer service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very tranquil. My only gripe was that the asparagus that came with my lamb dish was overcooked and The portions of the food are also kind of small for the cost, but it's definitely an exquisite, high-class, restaurant.
I would say for myself I would probably not go there if it was not a very special occasion.
I will likely go there again in the future, probably only for date night or possibly anniversy with my wife.
Great pick for a lunch meeting! It was a quiet spot with excellent service. Our server came by often, provided helpful information, and was very personable. The food was delicious from the apps to dessert. I look forward to coming back for dinner soon.

We had a huge party and everyone’s orders were correct and placed in front of the correct person!
Max was super knowledgeable about the gluten free options and was super patient with all our questions!
So they do have some gluten free pasta options along with other meals! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😍
It's like a little secret: 'can I see your VEGAN menu' and everyone likes to feel a little special sometimes.
Service was great, Dylan was able to get a drink made for me off menu and was really attentive to my requests. The only recommendation I would make is not ordering both the olive appetizer AND the Mediterranean pasta: it's olive / artichoke overload.
Everything was really great though.

Simple menu and nice food. Friendly professional staff. I think I am going to try each dish they have on the menu. It’s a nice fusion, mediocre dine, I can’t call it as an Italian, because it would be disrespectful to other nice Italian places in the country.
This is definitely in my top 5 favorite restaurants! I ordered sweet potato gnocchi. The gnocchi itself was so soft it practically dissolved when eating it. It had bacon and cranberries in the dish and the heaviness of the sauce and bacon were broken up so nicely by the cranberries. My husband had the bolegnese. It was also well balanced, with a fairly light mouthfeel for bolegnese. We also ordered dessert and did not regret it at all. They have their own pastry chef, which alredy helps explain why the desserts would be so good. We also ordered lattes with our dessert. The latte was not too bitter to make the dessert too sweet, and the dessert wasn't so sweet as to make the coffee seem bitter. Our server, Sarah, was super nice and helpful. She made an already nice night even more enjoyable. Overall, highly recommend.
During a girls trip we walked over to Stanza Italian Bistro for dinner from the Encore apartments where we had an Airbnb. We all enjoyed absolutely amazing food! The cocktails were delicious as well. We dined on the patio and it was so nice. There was an outdoor fireplace and it was very pleasant to dine outside. The wait staff took great care of us. I highly recommend this restaurant.
This Italian fusion restaurant in the suburbs of Salt Lake City is quite amazing! Staff is very accommodating, long-suffering, and friendly. I did not see them turn away any guests for attire, even though you'll want to wear something appropriate, mildly sexy/adventurous, and sufficiently special for this level of dining.
Food was incredible and the selections are small but powerful, pricey but flavorful.
If I lived in this city, I'd treat Stanza as a "once in a while" indulgence, always looking forward to the next visit.
We had a birthday celebration dinner at Stanza and had a wonderful experience. The patio was quiet and quaint on a beautiful warm September night. We started with the Arancini that was not over fried, with a flavorful sauce. The rolls served with the meal were warm and fluffy, served with an herbed butter sauce. My main dish was Chicken Marsala - the chicken and as perfectly cooked and served over rich truffle risotto. For dessert- there were many options- and we tried two- I recommend the tiramisu which was balanced well - not too sweet with a strong coffee finish. To top off the meal, my Red win- a California Cabernet was 🤌🏻
This place is wonderful - drinks are unique and tasty, the stonefruit burrata was perfect for a warm night, and the chive butter with the dinner rolls was terrific. Our pasta was incredible!
The dessert....mmmmm....
