Samples! Delicious cookies. Extremely friendly employees. This is the cookie place with too many choices, such a treat!, unlike some other places with limited options. You can buy one cookie but nobody who came in while we were there did. Husband and I ended up with half a dozen -- the minimum until we decide on our favorite one, or two, or three. We envy you if you have a short drive to indulge your craving(s). Frozen cookie dough is also available.

Back in town for a visit and Ruby Snaps didn't disappoint. Family explained to Jenn that these cookies had to leave Utah on an airplane, so she packaged everything up just perfectly. She even advised which cookies should NOT be risked. Through some delays, the box was not unsealed for a day or so and they were magnificent! One cookie was sealed in an airtight container and tucked in the fridge for a week; a little heat and it was fresh as ever.

For our first-time SLC visit, we planned a cookie tour, and RubySnap was on the list. Honestly, this place was a sucker punch! We tried 5 of the regulars and both specials for the month...just delicious. The incredibly friendly and helpful staff offered samples of each but really, they came through on every bite.
We were only in town for a week and I tried to get back to smuggle some across state lines but it didn't work out.
This is a must stop whenever I go to Salt Lake City. I love that they let you sample whatever cookies you would like. They had so many holiday cookies. I went in for one Orange cookie and came out with 6 other cookies. So good and they are always so friendly. The shop is clean and they have always had a large selection of cookies.
Absolutely the best cookies anywhere! All clean ingredients with unique and delicious flavor combinations. Lots of options to choose from each day and free samples. Since they focus on the best ingredients for bold flavors, not a lot of allergen free items. A few flavors are gluten free but not always in season. All made in a gluten kitchen but precautions are taken with excellent cleaning practices. Highly recommend!
This is my first visit to RubySnap. I have tried many cookie stores in Utah. The things I felt unique about this store are they give out free samples, they have many options pf cookies compared to others and they also sell frozen cookie dough.

One we tried are triple chocolate cocoa nibs, thai tea boba cookie, chocolate chewy caramel, gluten free chocolate chip and tasted sample of chocolate oatmeal peanut butter cream cheese crisp balls
Liked the triple chocolate coaoa nibs and boba cookie was unique and nice too, chocolate chewy caramel was good too
But didn’t like the gluten free chocolate chip
I love RubySnap cookies! I have been getting cookies here since they first opened years ago. As I've gotten older, I have developed a sensitivity to sugar. I can't eat many sweets anymore without feeling sick. I am so happy that I can still eat RubySnap cookies and feel just fine afterwards! Lola and Vivienne are my girls but I love trying all the monthly specials. Thank you for all the years of delicious cookies!

WONDERFUL in every way possible. The kind woman at the counter encouraged me to sample many cookies. The weekly special strawberry chamomile was to die for. Such a lovely place with reasonable prices for the treat you're getting. I'll be back for sure!
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Best cookies I’ve ever had! And the lady gave us samples of each cookie that we wanted to try. 10x better than Crumbl cookies
