Bandito's Burrito Lounge

I visited Banditos during that awkward hour between lunch and dinner, so it wasn't busy at all. The bartenders were super friendly, and helpful! I tried the chips and salsa/queso, and the queso was phenomenal! 10/10 I would definitely order it again. I also ordered the Diablo salad with the roasted red pepper dressing. It was HUGE! This was the first time in my life that I couldn't finish a salad. Huge portion sizes seem to be the norm at this restaurant, so I would recommend splitting your order with someone else. Even then, I think there may be leftovers.

Came here for the first time and the service was good and lots of options to choose from on the menu. I was expecting an authentic Mexican restaurant but this had a different feel to it. I ordered the Bandito burrito and it was ok. I would consider trying a different dish if I were to go back. The atmosphere was fine just not my type of spot. Overall, if you are looking for a different twist to Spanish food and an affordable bar, worth checking out.

Just stopped by for a quick beer while waiting for a friend to meet us as they needed a ride to some place. It was early in the evening so we only ordered a couple of beers. As we were leaving a musician was showing up to play music for the evening. She was pleasant to talk to and invited us to stick around but so sorry we had to leave. Bartender was friendly and gave prompt service. Sounds like they have a lot of interesting entertainment going on in the evening that would be worth checking out! We will be back another time!

I would recommend the Bandito’s Deluxe Nachos with Spicy Ground Beef. I paid $13 with taxes. Food: I had the Bandito’s Deluxe Nachos with Spicy Ground Beef. The topping were salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, cilantro, jalapeños and tomatoes over tortilla chips. Spicy ground beef is not spicy at all and there are other options for meat such a shredded beef and pork. Cheese is topped over the ground beef and chips, not extremely cheesy which I liked. This was a really good order of nachos, I was satisfied. The portion was plenitful. It was enough for two servings for me. No queso only shredded cheese Service: I ordered to-go. My interaction with the server was typical nothing out of the ordinary. The server did thank me for coming in, which was cool to be thanked as a customer because I could have chosen from any other place. It was slow at the time around 4pm on a Sunday. Ambiance: This is a standard bar/restaurant; the mexican theme isn’t displayed much outside of the signage and menu items. There is a massive bar with traditional seating. This restaurant hosts a lot of activities throughout the week. Tuesday- Open Mic, Wednesday- Karaoke, Thursday- Saturday: Live Music, DJs, and Saturday and Sunday: Brunch

Been going here for years. Food is phenomenal. If your pudgy like me steer clear of the booths or you might regret it. The drinks are stiff if that's your fare, coming here for lunch on a weekday or weekend is acceptable for families. The service is great, I'm always impressed how efficient the kitchen and floor staff operate here.

Cant believe it’s taken me this long to try this place, what a cool spot! Great music and good games on the TVs and incredible service. Food was hot and fresh. I got the battered fish tacos which were really good, but the slaw that came on top was too bitter for me and didn’t taste like much else. The mango salsa that came with it was awesome. The refried beans had so much flavor (like seriously so good). The rice also had good flavor but was sadly undercooked so it was quite crunchy. Queso was also delicious and nice and thick! Definitely need to come back and try one of the burritos.

I slept with someone in 2014 who considered this his favorite bar and he actually used his shower for storage. I find this helpful because it’s a type of therapy and also a legitimate descriptor of the patrons. My favorite tacos in the city, the bartenders do not care about you, anybody, or anything.
