Overall food is good. Disappointed in the “guacamole” salad as it was just creamy avocado - no jalapeños, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, or lime. Very bland. However, the gravy on the beef enchiladas and beef burritos was amazing would order again just no guacamole.
I have been coming here for 25 years now and I never get tired of it. You can't go wrong with everything on the menu being delicious. I prefer their famous enchiladas. The margaritas are good too. The prices are fair and service is great. I highly recommend it.
First time here. We drove by and though we would try it out. Best decision ever. Came on a Monday around 5 and had plenty of open tables, around 6 it did start to get quite busy. Service was amazing and the food was phenomenal! We will definitely be back. Love the atmosphere! Monday they have a special for $3 margaritas from 2pm to close. They are worth it!
Always good food at fair prices. It's an older restaurant in the poorer side of Richmond but that's what gives it some charm. I've been eating here for 25 years. Always consistent. The staff is always friendly and even when we have 15+ people, the food and drinks come out fast.
My favorite place to go. I don't live in Rosenberg but I will make a stop for this place every time I travel that way. The food is always great & service is friendly. I'd give Larry's 10 stars if I could.

Okay so, my family and I make it a point to stop here everything we go to Texas or Mexico and we have been stopping here since the late sixties. Never had a bad meal at this wonderful establishment! Thank you Larry's. 👍🏼🙏❤️
Larry's is one of the best restaurants in the Richmond/Rosenberg area. I've been here a few times while visiting friends in the area & was never disappointed; you can't go wrong with any of the menu options. Wonderful service and friendly staff.
There some things that remind you of your childhood and for me that thing is Larry's. I've come to this restaurant for over 40 years. It's been probably 7 years since I was last here but some things never change. Larry's has amazing authentic Mexican Food in its simplest form. Outstanding qeuso, salsa, quacamole, and home made chips are always a great starter. Followed either by whichever enchiladas you choose or their fajitas. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Rosenberg/Richmond area. I hope I can eat here for another 40 years.

Just a block from the Brazos River. Plenty of smiles and good service from the waiters and staff.

We live in Wharton Tx and used to frequent the "Larry's" located there. Unfortunately, after Covid, this location never reopened. Upon seeing and realizing that "The ORIGINAL Larry's" was in Richmond, we decided to stop in. Though the building is older and may deter some, the interior is SPOTLESS, and the employees are VERY FRIENDLY! We quickly realized that thou the two restaurants "shared" a name, they were quite different. (Came to learn that the Wharton location had been -owned? - run by a relative, who ultimately wasn't as successful.) The "ORIGINAL" didn't offer breakfast (Wharton's did - all day) but they certainly made up for this difference with an abundance of DELICIOUS sounding dishes!! Astoundingly, they even had an "all chicken" based combination meal!! A MAJOR plus, as hubby has health issues that preclude him from most other meat sources!! (Beef - can't eat due to Gastroparesis; seafood - allergic; Pork - only in moderation and MUST be nearly fat-free.) Anyway, we BOTH ordered the all chicken combo meal and BOY, OH BOY was it GOOD!!! I've been living TX for nearly 11 years, and though there are MANY "Mexican" restaurants - offering everything from "Authentic" to Tex-Mex and all in between - but in all that time, I've not found one that I would brag about. "THE ORIGINAL" has now changed that!!
