Gilhooligans is a friendly little place. It is also the perfect example of a dive bar in outer SE. The food is basic dive food and the drinks are about the same. They have very good wings. They have a few basic beers on tap, and seem to offer okay cocktails. Their wine selection is your basic cheap bottle/box. They have a few bar games. The place is relatively clean, but it could use some updating. The staff is friendly, but very busy. I only saw 2 people working on the Friday night I was there. There was also a painting class going on on the first floor. There is a second story room that can be used for events, but the steps up to it are very sketchy.

A great clean friendly atmosphere with great quality food. There is giant Genga, ping pong, pool, pinball, and others. Minors allowed till 10 pm. There is an upstairs that is very cozy if you want to slip away. Lots of parking in back.

Went to support one of the greats of rap, but the place was like a biker gang meeting.... Very opposite to what my expectations were. Then I had to wait too long for drinks, so instead i hopped over to the bar next door and got one real quick.

Fun place. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Live music and Karaoke. Hidden gem in Parkrose. Family friendly until 10pm.
