This one is decent. Food is usually always fresh which is a plus. Staff not so friendly more often than not. I work in the area and I go just to grab a quick lunch, and it's fine but you just get that feeling like you're not wanted there. If you go inside and order that is. Drive thru employees are pretty friendly though.

Food is good if they get the order right. Frequently they do not. The walk up window late at night once the main lobby is closed is very hit or miss. They will sometimes take your order, sometimes they won’t, often times the employee is rude. Also this location is constantly out of everything. Sauce packets, freezes, straws you name it. I get there may be supply chain issues but each week it is something new. Tonight I waited in line was told they were out of half the sauce packets and given the wrong order. Frustrating experience often and my roommate did get food poisoning here two weeks ago. It is what it is but I’ve had more frustrating experiences lately then good ones. Edit: 3/4 I went back today idk why. Ordered on the touch pad in the lobby with a friend. Her order came out correctly and within 5 minutes. Makes sense it’s a fast food restaurant. I then proceeded to watch 6-7 orders of people who had just walked in receive their orders. Not sure if they were mobile orders, some definitely ordered on the tablet after me. They all proceeded to get their food before me. My friend and I waited 20 plus minutes for my food to arrive and that was after I went up the counter and asked them to check on it. Get home and sure enough part of my order was wrong. This is obviously a high stress location being in a pretty popular area but everything about it just seems to be so incompetent and frustrating. Expect long waits, only sometimes being able to order from the walk up order at night, and for your order to only sometimes be right. This location can be defined by one thing and that is inconsistency.

A great place when you're in need of a late night snack. The chalupa box is the most value meal I've ever seen its just $5. Late at night the area can be a little sketchy but its usually pretty tame. The service is fast and my order has never come out wrong and I've never been unsatisfied by my meal.

I was appalled when I went in that there were only two kiosks to order from, and they only took debit or credit cards. Fortunately, a man who I think might be the owner or manager came out to assist me, as I'm older and don't care for the technology part of life. He actually took my order face to face and I could actually pay cash, like the good old days. The food was great, I don't know if I'll go back there again though because of the whole impersonal aspect.

Morning and afternoon shifts are tolerable to deal with as a dasher. However, at night miraculously staff cannot keep up with orders and it’s usually a drive thru of 10-15 cars. Tonight, I had 2 orders and I came to the window and the gentlemen said it would take 20-25 mins. to get the order or to cancel it. Meanwhile I got the other order. How does fast food take this long?!?!?!?!?

I ordered a mobile order from this location,. The staff blamed my food being cold and my slushier being thawed out on the app. The staff told me to call the mobile app for help. They could not give me the phone number to the place that issues refunds. Definitely don't order mobile from this location as they will not give you the right customer service, let alone a phone number to a 1-800 customer line. Terrible. Definitely not eating at a taco bell again.

They called the cops on my bf and I because they didn’t answer at the mic so for 5 mins, so we pulled up and they told us we had to go back to the mic(ridiculous and someone else was already behind us), when we told them we would like to just order at the window they informed us they were calling the cops🤯 We also ordered door dash before this from here on 3 different occasions, in which they waited over an hour to cancel our order due to the system being down? When we drove by to go get food elsewhere this time, they had cars in the drive thru. Just over all terrible.

Very poor customer service. The guy at the speaker got my order wrong and then when i came back around instead of fixing my order tried to tell me i was wrong. To pour salt in the would he angrily told me i was supposed to stop at the speaker system the second time around instead of driving straight to the window…as if i was supposed to know better. Apparently the customer is always wrong at this store.
