The ladies who run this place are a well-oiled machine. I phone/internet my order, & by the time I arrive 10-15mins later, my pizzas, etc are ready to p/u. They've always been easy going about alterations & such, & are very friendly & polite.

I order two different pizza pie combinations, a Cezar salad with 4 packets of ranch, a cinnamon wheel and two 2-liters of Sierra Mist. It was as expected, nothing short of satisfying. When ordering Papa Murphy's anything you decide off the menu, your coming out on top. There are no losers everybody wins. Reason I gave 4 stars is to leave room for growth.

Ordered by phone & had my mom & husband go grab it, as she was walking out as one of our pizzas was incorrectly made, she came out to grab her phone & call me when she stepped off of the curb, didn't even see the parking spot cement block(as it was the same color as sidewalk/NOT PAINTED YELLOW), and literally face planted on the pavement knocking herself out cold.. My husband called the ambulance, Papa Murphy's supervisor was AMAZING, the staff member younger guy who brought my mom towels, and water was great, the ambulance on the other habd was ridiculous as they were afraid of Blood even being gloved up (which we reported to AMR already)... The supervisor even sent flowers to our home for her, they were ALL AMAZING, didn't even charge us for a pizza after my moms accident... Not sure she's coming back as the parking area is UNSAFE.. But Papa Murphy's Supervisor i think her name was Jackie, and the staff were all AMAZING!!! They even secured her purse until we could get it... She ended up fracturing her right radius location in her wrist, she tore her sinuses, and fractured her right eye orbital socket.. She has a long recovery, but they ALL STEPPED IN TO HELP MY MOM!!! THANK YOU ALL for having compassion & being concerned and helping my mom!!! Too many people do NOTHING and don't help these days, so THANK U EVERYONE WHO WORKED THE EVENING OF OCT. 15TH, 2019 @ 5pm...AAAAAAAAA++++++++
