Starbucks

The staff that works at this location is absolutely amazing! I went in because the drive through line was so long it was already blocking regular traffic. I went in to find that the amazing and skillful staff, not only tend to customers in the drive through, but making online orders and sales at the register. I also saw 4 customers not even say thank you let alone tip! The folks working here are top notch. Fellow customers, remember to be grateful, respectful and tip! Or please, make your own damn coffee

Untrained staff at this location. The barista gave me a cup which was overfilled and spilling. Instead of putting the drink in a new cup, she stacked another cup and drink kept spilling. I was wearing a new shirt and now cannot take stain off of the shirt. Manager called back with some vague info and gave me an incident report number, but nothing happened... When you open too many stores with incompetent staff - this leads to downfall of an established business. Support your local business, especially during Covid-19.

This Starbucks is closed more than it is open. The middle of the day the A frame will be out on the street saying it is open when it is not. Whomever thought this would be a good location for a drive thru Starbucks did not think it through. Only 2 cars fit in the waiting line to order before you are blocking traffic. There needs to be another entrance so cars do not collide when entering and cars are leaving the drive through. I do not recommend this location for reliability alone.
