I forgot to look at his name tag, but the employee who told me about the white hot chocolate with cinnamon dolce syrup just introduced me to one of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever had, and then recommended three other things for me to try if I liked it! Thank you so much :)
First of all no wifi since Monday due to store construction during the day. If your needing to use wifi for school or personal uses note: no wifi right now. Sorry for the inconvenience customers. store is really nice is just been remodeled so I has a twenty-first-century look to it it's very modern in the front of store with the digital sign has Wi-Fi has outlets and the restrooms are very very clean very very small store. Starbucks employees are very kind and very generous to clients . Know the thing I know those there's no bulletin board at this store and people put There advertisements on a window and this is the 1st story I notice that there is no bulletin board.

We stopped here for a mid-day iced latte. Convenient location, as I enjoyed it as the family toured the Betsy Ross house across the street. No line, quick service, and consistent Starbucks taste. Thank you!
Just stopped in to rest nobody called the cops but it's also 1:24 a.m. in the morning and I'm sitting outside in the warm hot heat after a rainstorm of five days but I'm adequately satisfied God bless you all
Came here on a Thursday late morning and there was only 1 employee working by herself (bless her). She greeted me when I walked in with a friendly greeting and was hustling! She thanked everyone for her patience and let us know it was just her and she was working as fast as possible. I appreciated not only how chipper she was considering how stressed she just have been but also her communication.
This Starbucks has the kindest staff members I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with! I always look forward to coming in and grabbing coffee-they all know my name, and make an effort to say hello even when they are completely swamped. Couldn’t say enough good things about them-great humans.
Very friendly! Service is always amazing! I go to the Starbucks on 3rd & Arch. The best people work there. Very attentive! Memorize customers names as well as the order of some customers. Warm & pleasant
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place was very clean but the back side of the coffee shop is currently on progress.
The staff alone are an excellent reason to come, and to keep coming back! They were very helpful and welcoming, and made this feel cozy and inviting. Will definitely return, if for nothing else than to sit by the window, read a book and enjoy a Chai tea.
