Delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Really nice and welcoming folks. Make you feel like a visiting friend.
Had the huevos rancheros and the club sandwich. Both excellent. The side potatoes are perfect; slightly crispy outside and cooked and seasoned just right. Grits are excellent too. Just the way they are supposed to be made.
The restaurant Is small and quaint. Somewhat eclectic but not hipster. My first time here and will definitely put it on my regular list. ( Sorry, I took the photo of the club sandwich after I started eating it, you get plenty of potatoes!)

One of my absolute favorite spots. Fresh food with noticeable quality, strong coffee, and super friendly service. My favorite is the customizable grit bowl that is basically perfection. A close second is the ham and brie omelette with a side of spinach for a decadent keto-friendly breakfast. Go here!
Everytime I have come they have fresh ingredients and delicious flavor in every bite! They also make sure to add an adequate amount of protein choice in all the meals I have tried.
My favorite is the California burrito with bacon added! I love that they press the burritos in a panini press!
Great food and great atmosphere. Love the small intimate feel of this place. I will definitely come back while in NOLA
This place is quickly becoming one of my favorite little breakfast/brunch spots since I've moved to New Orleans. It is super low key with great service.
Ambiance
It's very small in the inside. Probably no more than about 18-20 tables. You place your order when you walk in at the front and then locate your seat.
Food
Your food is made fresh to order. Everything tastes like fresh ingredients and is always hot. The grits are an absolute must. You don't need to add anything to it but they have these delightful grit bowl options that are fantastic. The bacon is cooked in the oven to a perfect crisp leaving it flavorful and not greasy. I also had cheese eggs and a waffle. They were really good. The french toast is also a good option. It will surely fill you up.
This place can get crowded on the weekends, so I recommend trying it out during the week or getting there early on the weekends. Enjoy!

This place is definitely one of the gems of N.O. Its my favorite restaurant to get breakfast. The grits are some of the best. I love the waffles and the French toast is the best I've ever had. In addition, there is a really good breakfast "meat burrito" with potatoes in it. I love it! The owner and the people there are really nice and down to earth. Its great customer service. I love going for the great food, but even more so to support great people.
This place is simple, consistent, and good. Get the grits, I am a fan. I like the Kitchen Sink grit plate. Staff is super friendly too and fast. Really great place if you don't want to suffer restaurant anxiety and just need some good food, good coffee/tea, and good vibes.
