The waitresses always have a big smile, floating in the air like princesses, they never complain about nothing neither a sigh. Your experience in this peruvian restaurant becomes in satisfaction, you feel yourself like a special guest with an excellent variety of gourmet food, one of the best in the world. We discovered this gem through a friend. What a great find. The food is incredible. I experienced a dish of fettuccine with tenderloin, tomatoes, onions and spices cooked in a wok. What fantastic flavors of food combinations. This is by far my favorite. The Ceviche does not disappoint. There are various selections. The appetizers are plentiful and delicious. The desserts are in house made and phenomenal. Tres Leche is divine and don't pass up the upside down flan. Treat your tastebuds. Chips and sauce is fantastic. If you aren't sure of the translations the waitress is happy to educate you. One of my new favorite restaurants and we definitely will return. Ask to have the red corn drink it is phenomenal.

I had arranged to come to this place a couple of years ago. The visit was not in vain. The dishes have an excellent presentation and the flavors keep their typical secrets. I'll come again to try the Ceviche. An excellent service at all.

Really good Peruvian food. The kids meals are great and different. The mashed potatoes were really delicious. We ordered ceviche, aji de gallina and lomo saltado. I give the food 4/5. Very attentive service. The flan was sooo yummy!! I would go back.

First time here and WOW! The salsa with chips is Devine and Super HOT! The Tamal Peruano and the Choritos a La Chalaca were excellent! I loved the lemon juice resting in each spoon waiting for my mouth to open up! 😍 If you have not tried this place yet, you have to go! 🥰

Excellent restaurant, one of the best! They just need to hire more staff. When you walk in nobody even say Hi cause the host is a server too and she is running from place to place. People just walk in and have to wait until somebody acknowledge them. I saw a couple leave after 5 minutes wait. They even forgot to bring chips to the table, by the time I realized food was already coming. They need to hire a couple extra hands for sure. Other than that food is amazing!!! That's the only reason for my 5 stars instead of 3. Also the place was impecable, super clean!

Best fish ceviche and lomo saltado I've had outside of Peru (I've been to Peru at least 10 times. Additionally, service is excellent, and ambient music is 100% classic peruvian. If I lived in Houston, I'd eat here at least once per week! 😋

There is no better judge of so called ethnic food than a native of the country of origin of such cousine. We order four dishes that are in the front line of the peruvian cousine, now consider one of the best of the world. Ceviche de Pescado, Fish ceviche: Well done with the acidity of fresh lime, cilantro and yellow pepper. A solid 9+ Papa a la Huancaina, Yellow pepper cream and potatoes: The right texture and cheese flavor garnished with letucce. (We had to ask for the traditional boiled eggs to crown the traditional dish name in honor of Huancayo, a beautiful city in the Peruvian Andes. A good 8.5 Papa Rellena, Stuffed Potatoes: you will see many potato dishes in the peruvian cousine, because this tuber is originary from the land of the Incas. This dish comes to your table with no one, but three Papas Rellenas in a plate. Well done boiled potatoes are fried and stuffed with grounded meat, raisings and spices. We give them a 8. Lomo Saltado. Sautèed loin with fried potatoes. This child of the marriage between the South American products and the Chinnesse cousine is well composed in the kitchen of Guitarras con Sazón a peruvian restaurant that is fighting the pandemic with flavor and respect for the health guidance about social distance and masks. La beef makes its way to found the traditional flamed flavor of the Lomo Saltado. A little dry and maybe low quality white steamed rice, held back what should be a Golden 10, leaving thisnplatw with an aspiring 9.5 Service and Hospitality is a 8.5 Cleaning and safety is a 8.5 Prices get a 8 (Unsolicited and unpaid review)

I've never had Peruvian before so I have nothing to compare it to... But what I had was delicious. Other reviews mentioned small servings, and that may be true as far as the meat portion, but with the pasta and veggie sides it made a very filling meal. Although you have to request the cops and salsa, be sure to ask for the spicy got hot sauce, it's different in that the pepper used I'd Peruvian and worth trying I recommend this to anyone seeking an alternative to Mexican or Tex-Mex.

Went in because we had a taste for some Peruvian flair. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu offerings with what were true Peru food options. Service was great and the food was prompt. Happy eating!
