It was our first time at the memorial city location. Robert served us with superior hospitality that was the perfect balance between warm and efficient. He anticipated our every want and need. We chose the classic combo appetizer - divine- and the chicken trio with gluten free pasta. Perfect date night food to get an overview of the restaurant and their approach to Italian flavors. We will be back!!!

My son and I visited this location for the JETband spirit night, and a time was had and some great food was devoured! Not only was the food incredibly delicious, but the portions were huge, and the service was wonderful. The owners were out checking on everyone and helping the staff the whole time we were there. I’m a sucker for restaurants that make me feel like I’m home with family, so we will be making the drive from Katy regularly!
Alexis was wonderful. Recommended some awesome drinks which we had several of. And the food was delicious as always

Everytime I come, this place is amazing! Last few times I've dined in I've had the pleasure of Mr. Ismael S being our server. If it is first time or special occasion please ask for him, you experience will be wonderful! The type of service that makes you want to stay grab an app, entree, and heck add a dessert!!
Con: Upon arriving I requested a booth, waiting was not a problem. I believe when the hostess that agreed to my reservation walked away to sit a table, a manager (so I was told over the phone) named Meghan came to sit a table and sat a party in the same booth I had been waiting for that I was told was being cleaned. I don't think the manager Meghan knew how loudly she was talking to the hostess about the situation, not aware I could hear her talk about why people wants booths on busy days, etc. Restaurant talk. The problem was not waiting, or the booth being given away. The problem was talking about a customers preference in a unprofessional matter only few feet away. Luckily we saw Mr. Ismael and immediately requested to his section knowing he would make up for the lack of the experience starting off bad.
Other than that, would always recommend this restaurant!
Alex was fabulous! The new winter item of short rib over garlic mashed potatoes was lovely! And you have to get the pomegranate martini!
We had such a great experience tonight at Carrabba’s. Our server Leah was attentive and provided amazing service! She made the whole evening enjoyable & left a lasting impression. Can’t wait to come back!
There's a reason I drive an hour to come to the Katy Carrabba's, the service is exceptional! Steven, the proprietor, goes above and beyond to make the restaurant environment family friendly while maintaining a fine dining atmosphere. Silvero makes sure all the food that comes out of the kitchen is fantastic! Not to mention my Mom, Melissa Adair, She puts her heart and soul into her job. We are a Carrabba's family because to us, CARRABBA'S IS FAMILY ❤️

Amazing! Our server Robert was so nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. I was going to ask what the soup of the day was, but when he said what sides my food comes with he already included the one of the day in the mix. He overheard a conversation as pouring water and had some great insights in what we were talking about and was so friendly! Excellent service!
Leah was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She made she we was okay every step of the way she was patient and kind and friendly food was delicious
