Jason's Deli

I just placed a catering order today for scheduled delivery on Monday. Tasha Brown took my call. Tasha went above and beyond to ensure that my ordering experience was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! From start to finish, Tasha displayed excellent customer service and concentrated knowledge in the products available. I thanked Tasha privately, but wanted to make sure she received her much deserved public thanks! My hope is that as many people as possible get a chance to meet and be serviced by Tasha and other staff at this location that mirror the excellence Jason's Deli is committed to. Thank you Tasha for making my day and positively branding my experience with ordering with Jason's Deli!

Jason's doesn't disappoint. Friendly service an good food. Jose, I assume the manager, was very friendly and helpful. The sweet tea was really good, which is hard to find in Houston, and being from south Alabama, that's kind of a big deal. Only downside was the vanilla side of the ice cream machine wasn't working. It must have been on loan from McD's 🤣.

Very cool and relaxed place to have a quick snack, lunch or light dinner. All the staff is nice and you can order to go. There are tables outside for those of us that like to feel the weather. The food is very good. Sandwiches with chips, soups, baked potatoes are among other dishes in the menu. The salad bar is what I really love about this place. Drinks and ice cream are self served.

The location is great; the staff is friendly. My family and I have been about four times, BUT a few Sundays ago, the salad bar area was dirty, tables were left dirty after guests left. They were out of garlic bread and did not replenish the whole time we were there. The ice cream area was messy. The ice cream machine? All spouts served chocolate. Lol! I'm really hoping that was a super off day.
