The treats will freeze your brain but the service will warm your heart. It was very nice to step out of the rain and into a cute little shop that was festively decorated with the Christmas tunes rocking. I got a Kona Coffee milkshake which had a deep, rich coffee flavor that was to die for! The young lady that took care of me was super sweet. Highly recommend, better than Baskin Robbins!
AMAZING!!! So yummy and very generous portions. We tried several options here and all were absolutely delicious. The shave ice is the perfect texture with lots of flavor. Lots of yummy options on the menu, classic, local, and unique flavors. Perfect place to stop anytime! Pricing is more than fair for flavor and portions!

Yum! It's like the frozen treat central. All the ice cream flavors, shave ice, milkshake, and even halohalo. We all enjoyed our single scoop cones: strawberry, chocolate brownie, lilikoi cheesecake, and banana Mac toffee. Expect a wait because it's a popular spot!

Family operated and family friendly. They have shaved ice, halo halo and ice cream! Everything was really really good and the serving sizes are huge!
Local Hawaii flavors, sourced from local vendors. Very high quality ice cream, with butter fat content much higher than Baskin Robins (creamy). The portions are large. I would ask to see the serving sizes before you order. My only reservations is that the service can be slow. They only have 1 snow cone machine. If there are families ordering, be prepared to wait 20+ minutes. Weekends are crowed. Additionally, when we ordered our snow cones there were some hidden costs for add-ons that were not on the menu. Overall great deserts.

Wow, just wow!!! I had never tried Hawaiian shaved ice before and was absolutely blown away! A great value considering the price and serving size. We got spoiled and assumed that other places would match this place. We tried two shaved ice shops in Kona and were grossly disappointed by the cost, small servings, and them skimping on the flavoring that didn't go all of the way to the middle. This place was the BEST!!!
So incredible ! The staff is beyond fantastic ! The shaved ice, to die for. You must go here. What a great experience !
