One the best places I've ever eaten. The atmosphere was relaxing and you could tell Paul loved what he did as he hummed along to the music while preparing our meal. The presentation was beautiful, the ingredients superb, and the service outstanding. They both introduced themselves by first name and asked for our names as we came in. There were only 3 tables so make sure you make reservations!
Breakfast to dinner. This place very cozy and calm, good place to sitdown all day relax mode... food is insane detailed state of the art delicious... guess what this place right next to the farmers market, everything you eat is fresh and organic...i enjoyed hope you enjoy too...
The best food & the best service in Hilo! Went to Paul’s place for the first time today celebrating my husbands birthday. The owner Paul came out personally & took our order, explained the different menu items, we could see him cooking from our seats! The food is fresh & delicious… best eggs Benedict I ever had, hands down best Belgian waffles on the planet, & finally a place that cooks the bacon perfectly!!! This place is worth every penny! Talk about quality food!!! Not only was the food absolutely AMAZING but so was the service. Best dining experience ever!!!
By appointment only. Worth every penny you spend there. Paul is the owner and he always there. Food is amazing quality and taste. Never tried so delicious breakfast before ( don't tell my wife )
Supremely good food, extremely friendly and helpful owners, charming and cozy space with lovely plants, windows, art…such a treat! Paul explained each breakfast dish to us in such a loving and detailed way, and Megan helped make us feel right at home. Highly highly recommend!!! Do make a reservation - they’re required. And they book up!
Hands down, the best breakfast/brunch spot on the island. Detail-orientated, friendly professional service, personable experience, and the foods…:) just thinking about them makes me happy. If you have a chance, got to stop by and hang out with Paul and Megan.
Waffles are a crispy dream and the item that brings me back (eat while hot!), and entrees all feel indulgent but are served in petite portions so you don’t feel overstuffed after. Maybe a downside for someone with a big appetite! Pricey for what it is (relative to major metros), but earns that as the best brunch on the island. We appreciate that everything is made fresh with local produce and with so much care. Paul and staff are the friendliest.

They were so kind and accommodating! It’s a small place, so they asked us to come back in 20 minutes because we didn’t have a reservation. We came back and they had a table ready for us and were super grateful we came back! The breakfast caprese was just as delicious as it was pretty and you can’t go wrong with waffles!
The food is amazing. If you're looking for a gourmet experience for breakfast in Hilo, this is it! You have to make reservations because seating is limited.
