Great hole in the wall eatery offering Japanese Hawaiian cuisine. A local favorite, they offer a mix of everything from burgers to saimin to delicious hot dishes. Due to their late hours and friendly service, this is a regular stop for us. Everything we’ve tried here has been very tasty and in generous portions. You won’t be disappointed!
This place was so delicious. From out of town, came hungry, left happy and full. Huge fantastic portions! And affordable
Aloha,
Got my new supply of salt just in time. Nori’s salt is the best! Also, this time I got lemon peel Li Hing gummy’s. Holy cow!!! They are the bomb! Little pieces of lemon peel throughout. Mahalo
This is a temple for comfort food: burgers, Saimin (touch too salty for me), rice dishes etc. great value but waitstaff seem stretched at times eg forgot my beer.
Some of the most delicious and authentic saimin I've eaten in a long time. Absolutely have the teriyaki beef on the side!
I like the atmosphere, menus and extra oriental interior inside like sake place. And small merchants. Great service.
They have some unique dishes. Reasonably priced. I had kimchi fried rice. Nice people.
This hole-in-the-wall restaurant was a little tricky to find, but well worth it. The food was delicious, especially the Teriyaki meat. I'm not a huge meat eater, but wow was that good. Not a scrap left on the plate. The rest of my family who ate here agreed that it was delicious and would come back for the Teriyaki alone. They also have many awards displayed in their store, so it seems the locals agree.
Love Noris. My husbands favorite place to eat when in Hilo
They prepared Bentos for 120 of us. Each bento was packed with so much yummy food!
