This is what you get when you order $40 of chicken KFC from Greenville, IL KFC…when I called the manager (or whoever I talked too) to inform them of this issue said “well this is the first complaint we have gotten all day about this” SERIOUSLY?! KFC really needs to step up their game with their food!!!

The manager of this place is completely rude. Ordered a 12 piece chicken which out total was almost 40.00 to get home with the food to find our chicken is raw and bloody. Called the manager and she said it was there first complaint all day. Would not refund the money and would only replace which we live almost 30 miles away. WE WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. BBB has been contacted!!!

Don't get me wrong KFC is always good food. But I've been there 3 times in the past 2 months and each time I've been told that I couldn't get all dark meat with my 8 piece family meal even though I told them I was willing to wait for it to be cooked fresh. I was told that I could not get it that way. No one in my family likes white meat. Also this time they were not only out of one but multiple side orders. I ended up with mashed potatoes and corn because that's what they had. I do not recommend this specific iteration of KFC.

Terrible service here. Order was wrong and they didn’t want to fix it. Spent a few minutes with them trying to talk me out of a refund before they finally gave in. Definitely not coming back here.

Typical of KFC. ALWAYS something wrong. This time there looked like a bite out of the chicken leg. And no I did not get hungry on way home. You can see it was cooked like this. Good luck if you eat here.

Ordered the mashed potato bowl and did not have corn to put in it. KFC was out of french fries. Dirty tables. Staff throwing pop its fireworks in the kitchen when we were eating in the lobby.
