Wild Wing Cafe

It took them 40 plus minutes to bring our food out but when they brought it out they brought out some of the food, we didn't order anything that should of took that long, mean while you could hear the girl behind me talking about how crappy service was. I've been here several times but this time was ridiculous! They didn't offer anything for our wait, wild wings has gone down hill! My husband went next door to get us icecream, and still no food! Finally when the food came you could tell my fries were sitting out forever but the manger did take all our food off our ticket.

Service very slow!! Under staffed!! Presentation of food horrible!! None of the staff was professionally dressed!! Overall impression of the establishment was poor at best!! First place I was ever at where I almost walked out because it took so long to get your order!! Only reason we stayed as long as we did was because we were with friends that we haven't seen in a while!! It's safe to say, we will not return any time soon!! So sad, it use to be a great place.

Wings were delicious but it took forever to get them. Several tables around us were complaining as well. Waitress was great and comped the wings because it took an hour. Wild wing was great when It opened but last few years it's really gone down hill. Last few times some of the wings in the same platter are hot and others are like warm or cold. They can't figure out how to make wings in an efficient manner. They probably should figure that out

I went with some friends on a Friday night and it was super packed downstairs. The hostess was telling everyone that their was no room upstairs, however my friends were already seated and when I got up top, there were several booths and tables as well as space at the bar up their. The food was great though we didn't have to wait long at all. The drinks were good as well.. They also had a DJ upstairs and the music was not bad. Our waiter kind of creeped us out because she kept showing up at our table but I guess that's good service 😁 overall I had a great first experience!

Came in as group of 7 on Sunday & we were seated immediately. We got 2 of the 30piece trays & some fries. Love this place! Good customer service & wings are delicious. UPDATE: We came back a few weeks later & were seated immediately however we sat for 15 minutes with no server. So we just got up and left. I hate wasting my time & that’s exactly what Wild Wings did tonight even though there were plenty of servers walking past us those 15 minutes.
