Clean and tidy! Service was fast and great! Drink machine was state of the art, but was missing vitamin water. Only issue was when you order a salad, apparently you have to ask for lettuce. Lolz maybe it's just me, but I assumed lettuce comes standard. All in all it's still a 4 star Subway!

Just left here an hour ago. Was skeptical on trying drive-thru but when I tell you 👀 I wouldn't look another Subway in Greenville SC way again 💯. Everything I mean everything is on point! From customer service to the freshest vegetables I've ever had at any damn Subway I've ever been to in my life ever and I mean that ish! Know that lol🤣💯!! Go head Augusta Street get it boo with y'all little itty bitty selves they wrong for that ish but y'all got the freshest vegetables in town KNOW THAT!!💯 I'M OUT!!

We have visited Subways around us and this one is by far the best. We live in Greer and go to this Subway (20 mins away vs. 5 mins) because it has the freshest bread and ingredients. The staff is always friendly. This location participates in most, if not all of the promotions unlike the Greer/Duncan locations.

usually great unless it is peak hours. I am a repeat customer, at least twice a week. My order is wrong about 50% of the time and it isn’t just one item missing. It is the entire sandwich is incorrect. Shoutout to Dee who has always fixed my order and has amazing customer service. He made me feel validated with my concern and fixes th problem straight away. With that being said I shouldn’t have to go back once a week because my order isn’t correct though...

This subway here was great! The girl that made the subs I got was very polite nice andade a great sandwich. She offered up the sides and all. All around this was the best subway we have visited since we moved to Greenville!

Went to grab a quick lunch from this location and all of the staff we rude except for one young lady who greeted me as i walked in. The younger guy with braids who made my sub was rude and kept asking me "is that it" every time id ask for a topping on my sub. I finally said sure since its so inconvenient for you to put any toppings on a sub (im having to pay for) while your getting paid to "work". I didn't get most of the toppings i usually order because of his attitude, that i didnt have the time or patience to deal with on my 30 minute lunch break.Then after that, i go to the cashier and she is mumbling and i cant hear a word she says so i ask her to repeat what she is trying to say to me. With an attitude she repeats what she said previously. It was obvious no one wanted to work today. Subway has always been a go to for me but after the experience with this staff i defiantly will not be returning. Poor customer service.

Very friendly right as you walk through the doors. Always have fresh products stocked and a well kept clean restaurant. The only thing I said to be aware of before is that being located right there on Augusta Road amongst everything that there Parking Lot is a small one. So if you drive a bigger vehicle just use the adjacent parking lots!!!!
