I was there today, Jason was so helpful with my questions and usually when i go there or other places as well the employees aren’t afraid to show the emotion of not wanting to be there. Jason was so friendly and seems to enjoy being there and the the lady who gave me Jason name seems friendly as well. Finally they are getting good workers and they better hold on to them because they are very hard to come by. We barely get good service like this anymore!! Thank you Jason for explaining the menu to me and your patience putting the food together while my husband was making up his mind lol. You are a very rare person to see in a restaurant and its a breath of fresh air for us!!

I went and bought a potato bowl here and it did not disappoint! It also only took about a minute for my order to be made. It was delicious and definitely worth the money spent. Only negative thing was the trash cans didn't have trash bags in them so when we went to throw out our trash we felt so bad that we made more work for the workers, but they were all very kind about it.

Went thru the drive thru around 330p today. The individual taking orders was kind, helpful & polite! Also they were not stingy with thr butter & honey. Unlike Ionia where we can never get crispy chicken (only original there) & we get 6 biscuits with no butter or honey. So Thank you Gville KFC. Well done!

Nice staff. Still has the buffet with freshly cooked regular and crispy chicken there. I went there to have my late lunch after dental work. I was told just not to eat sticky foods. So their mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, chicken and dumplings...was perfect for me. Even the desert was yummy. My drink was included...and they let me have a milk rather than a soda. It was great.
