It wasn't the cleanest (hygiene and old toppings caked behind the plexiglass among other things).
I'm fairly certain the employee who made my order was either new, high, or both.
The ice cream was just ok and I think it was missing a few things and not well mixed.
Kind of bummed me out because I remember adoring this place as a kid.

There's a long haired male employee that's constantly running his hands through his hair, touching his mouth and nose, and then serving the food without gloves or washing his hands. I cringe every time I see him working.

After posting that I thought my cone was stale, I was told by a company representative that their waffle cones are made daily, so I think in my case the cone was too thick and not baked enough causing to be rubbery. Maybe I’ll revisit to try again.

When I walked in they were finishing with the last person in there. I told the guy that I had a semi big order. So the guy worked on one and the other 2 girls worked on one each, one of the girls I had to repeat the order to her twice then when she started she still messed up the order. I had asked for 7 waffle bowls I told them no holes and no dark ones, I don’t know who made them that day but whoever was running that store that day should have trashed them and showed them how to make them the right way they were thick, hard as a rock, and overall just NASTY. All three of them didn’t wear any gloves when touching ice cream and waffle bowls. The person that rang me up never gave me my card back so when I got home I had to drive all the way back out there to get it. They have good ice cream just not the greatest workers.

This place is a good place to go for good ice cream. All of the ice cream tastes great and the mix ins are mixed into the ice cream right in front of you. There is a good selection of flavors, and most of the signature flavors are pretty tasty. The location is also pretty good, you can stop in here for a break while visiting all of the surrounding shops.
