Outback Steakhouse

We absolutely LOVE this Outback Steakhouse!!! The manager, Megan, always takes time to visit our table and remembers details about our family. She genuinely cares about her guests. Tonight, June 11, 2022, our server was Caleb. He was fantastic! He has the best customer service skills, was very welcoming and genuine, and was on top of every detail. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a great drink- the blueberry lavender lemonade. It was DELICIOUS! We also noticed a host that we wanted to give. Shout out to… Connor. This young man ran his tail off while we were there. As busy as he was, he was still very kind, respectful and informative when we asked him a question. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Awesome! Awesome! Thank you Megan, Caleb, and Connor!!!

Had the BEST experience tonight. Came out with my friends and this was my first time at this Outback. We had an amazing experience with our waiter Kaz. He was attentive, very helpful on choosing our items and all around a nice guy. The food was delicious, it was definitely an 9/10 experience but with our waiter it made a 20/10. I will definitely be back!

Megan (and her wonderful team) at Outback did a fantastic job with my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner!! They were punctual, friendly, and provided amazing service to me, my family, and my guests. I was so pleased with the results and the food was awesome. And the price was very reasonable as well. Thanks so much for making our evening so memorable!!

The service was lacking. Had to keep asking for things. Ketchup, refills, straws etc… The food, all of it was so salty that it made our tongue burn. The blooming onion, that was to be expected, but the steak and the fries too? I could barely eat it. Even the house made pickles were over seasoned. I don’t think thay even cared that we were there. I expected better of this place. We went out of the way to come here instead of the one in Suwannee because of online ratings. I dunno, maybe they were having a bad day. They weren’t even hardly busy at the time either. The best part about the whole dinner was the fresh bread!

The atmosphere was wonderful. Clean restaurant and service was quick and accurate. Food was well seasoned and as ordered. Waitress Taylor, was attentive and added value to our dining experience. She was super busy but still took care of us and was patient with our children. We met the manager, and he was super nice. They seemed to work extremely well together. Overall awesome experience! Two thumbs up!

We normally rate this Outback a 5 star rating. We normally have the same waitress who is amazing. Not today. We were seated on someone else's section and the server we had today was horrible!!! Very slow, we had to get up and ask someone else for refills, took a ridiculously long time to even take our order, the server forgot everything we ordered or asked for, had to ask 3 or 4 times for the same things... Ordered steak medium and it was burnt so badly. Of course, we were so ready after such a long wait, we didn't bother sending it back. Just brought the meat home to the dog. What a waste of $68!
