Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We had a reservation for 4. Our guests arrived early and were seated by the staff. The service was very good. We were doing a lot of visiting and were given the time we needed. Three of us had Shrimp and Grits. The dish was very good with just a small bit of heat. The sausage included was a bonus. We shared a carrot cake for dessert. The slice of carrot cake was huge.

We had the pleasure of dining at Firebirds for a late lunch, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff and greeter were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome right away. Our waiter was attentive and provided excellent service, while the entire staff worked together seamlessly to bring and clear our food. We ordered The Chilean Sea Bass, and it was a true delight. The pan-seared fish, sautéed shrimp, and key lime butter sauce created a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on our taste buds. Accompanied by the ancient grains pilaf and seasonal vegetables, the dish was a culinary masterpiece. What truly elevated the experience was the inviting atmosphere and the presence of genuinely nice people. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our meal. Furthermore, it happened to be their Veterans Appreciation Day, which added a special touch to the occasion. Our visit to Firebirds was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of friendly staff, attentive service, delectable cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience. The food was very good for a chain restaurant. My expectations were exceeded by the amazing service provided by Isaiah! He provided us with quick and efficient service, as well as going above and beyond by giving us bread to appease the two toddlers we had at the table - just amazing! The atmosphere was great. It felt "fancy" but comfortable and relaxed.

We had a very pleasant dinner there last Tuesday night for dinner. Actually the server Alexis made it better! She is attended and very friendly; left us alone but checked on us from time to time. We had been here for several occasions and enjoyed the food and environment! The steaks we ordered were pretty good but unfortunately the ribeye cut was not uniform and the edge (thinner area) was over cooked. Deviled egg was too cold and over cooked on the egg whites. Well, we’ll go back to try different dishes!

Held a surprise birthday party for my husband at this location and could not be happier. The food was delicious, service was exceptional for party of 14 people and the atmosphere was perfect. The manager was very accommodating with special requests and staff friendly and helpful throughout the preparation stage and the party date. Thanks for making this special event go smoothly!

A groups of my friends came for a birthday lunch. Everyone from the hostess to our wait staff were very kind and extremely attentive. For my cocktail, I ordered the Billionaire. It’s like a margarita and martini had a love child. It’s a little on the sweet side but I’d order one again. The presentation is what I think I enjoyed most. The food came out hot and quickly. For appetizers we ordered the lobster spinach dip AND I would absolutely drive another 49 minutes from my house again just for that! We also ordered the deviled eggs which were also a hit. For entrees we ordered the Durango Burger and it was cooked medium well perfectly. The Caesar salad was delish. I wanted dessert but we were stuffed as ticks. Check them out! The bar was beautiful BTW. The cocktail selections is what I’d come back for but the food was great too!
