Do I really need to write a review? I mean, it's Chick-fil-A! Staff is always courteous, food is always delicious (chicken was a little dark this time), the friendliness makes up for it! I just wish the lemonade wasn't $12 a gallon, and the shrirachi sauce was available in stores.
Would give ten stars if I could. This team, at least the closing team, constantly gives great service and displays a good attitude even with people walking in 2 minutes before close. I’ve been a chick fil a employee before, so I know how annoying it is. I got stuck in traffic with a mobile order already placed, and had to come in around 9:50. Usually you can tell when workers resent you for walking in late. Really refreshing to be treated well even despite being one of “those” customers.
This Chik-fil-a team is a well-oiled machine. They have their service model down to a science. Always quick with in store orders, mobile orders, and pick-up service. Never met a worker at this location having a bad day. I would pick going to this location over any of the locations on UF’s campus.
Chick-fil-a messed my order up for the first time in my entire life today LOL. I was super upset because I was hangryyyy haha. I did a huge order for my coworkers and i but my oder happened to be the order that was incorrect. I called and they not only made everything right, one of the workers brought the food to my job because my job is so close. I really appreciate that and you guys made a minor negative into a huge positive. Thank you!!
Everytime I pick up a doordash delivery it's ready within 10 minutes or less. Some places take their time and make the delivery drivers wait longer than they should, but not here. They value every customer including the ones that order through doordash, uber eats, or Grubhub. Very kind people and delicious food.
This was the first time I tried their Mac and cheese and it definitely met up to what I was expecting. The location is super convenient for UF students and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The new Mac is good and so are those delightful chocolate chip cookies. I’ll come back again because it’s 100% better than the one at the Hub. Also, we love chick fil a and the principles they stand for, and the values they stick to. PS , sorry about what’s happening in the UK 🇬🇧.
