Interior was very well kept and clean.
Wait staff very friendly and food was delicious.
Ordering process at the counter via QR code or at the front register is a bit complex but can be worked through.
My parents lived in the UK for a few years and told me I had to try nandos if I ever got the chance.
The food was amazing. It was the first time my kids (6,5,3) ate almost all their food in one setting. The original wasn't too spiced, and the medium had some good heat without over the top.
The service was very lacking and hands off. You got seated, then had to go to the bar to order, and they brought you your food, but the drinks, sauces, or anything extra was on you.
The atmosphere outside was good, and traffic noise couldn't be helped, but definitely, the smell of sewage wasn't great. Inside the music was very loud and the bathrooms weren't very clean with trash overflowing.
Healthy food options. I really enjoyed the food and it was a little spicy but I liked it. I think the peas are really good as a side. You can order at the table scanning a code or at the register. Food came out quick and hot.
absolutely delicious! We love Nando's and this location is similar to all the others. Chicken is amazing, perfect level of flavor and spice. Garlic bread and peri fries are bomb with the seasoning.
No issues with service. Prices pretty reasonable.
I've been to this location many times, occasional hiccups, but staff and management have always taken care of it.
Went for a school fundraiser, but we eat here fairly often anyway. Food was excellent, as usual. I tried a new salad, which was great (the crunchy ranch one). Steve, the manager stopped by and ensured everything was to our liking. He circulated the dining room and took care to make sure guests were happy. Our food came out fast, which was great because I had to leave for an appointment, but quality was never compromised. Will eat here again. Never had a bad experience, and any time we've ordered and it wasn't quite right, they made sure to fix it.
The food at Nando’s is great. The only downside is that you have to order your food yourself when you dine in and pay right away. It takes away from the dine in experience.

It was my first time eating at a Nando's, and I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner. I got the rainbow bowl with chicken, rice, hummus, pickled cauliflower, and tomato-cucumber salad, and everything was delicious. It was a perfect blend of spice, earthiness, and acidity, with tons of texture. Really tasty, and so much fun to eat! The restaurant was immaculately clean, and the manager was attentive to guests and constantly giving encouragement to his staff.
This place is awesome. Great staff and Steve the manager does a great job. Food is cooked fresh and hot. Never disappointed. This is my go to place to eat. Mashed potatoes and garlic bread my favorites paired with grilled chicken thighs.
As a South African, Nando's is a taste of home for our family. The Nando's store in Gainesville by far exceeded our expectations with the most delicious food, excellent services especially whilst being busy and the Manager on duty named Jacob was outstanding. We will be back! Thank you for making us feel Nostalgic.
